All public hospitals in Hong Kong are managed by the Hospital Authority. They are organised into seven hospital clusters based on their locations.
Kowloon is an urban area in Hong Kong comprising the Kowloon Peninsula and New Kowloon. With a population of 2,019,533 and a population density of 43,033/km2 (111,450/sq mi) in 2006, it is the most populous area in Hong Kong, compared with Hong Kong Island and the rest of the New Territories. The peninsula's area is about 47 km2 (18 sq mi).

Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital (AHNH) is an acute district general hospital managed under the New Territories East Cluster of the Hospital Authority in Hong Kong. Established by the former London Missionary Society in 1887, it was the first teaching hospital in Hong Kong to train Cantonese locals in Western medical science. It moved to its current location in Tai Po in 1997.

Buddhism is a major religion in Hong Kong and has been greatly influential in the traditional culture of its populace. Among the most prominent Buddhist temples in the city there are the Chi Lin Nunnery in Diamond Hill, built in the Tang Dynasty's architectural style; the Po Lin Monastery on Lantau Island, famous for the outdoor bronze statue, Tian Tan Buddha, which attracts a large number of visitors during the weekends and holidays.
Journey to the West is a Hong Kong television series adapted from the 16th-century novel of the same title. Starring Dicky Cheung, Kwong Wah, Wayne Lai and Evergreen Mak, the series was produced by TVB and was first broadcast on TVB Jade in Hong Kong in November 1996. A sequel, Journey to the West II, was broadcast in 1998, but the role of the Monkey King was played by Benny Chan instead, due to contract problems between Dicky Cheung and TVB. Cheung later reprised the role in another television series The Monkey King: Quest for the Sutra (2002), which was broadcast on TVB but not produced by the station.
The Chinese Temples Committee is a statutory body in Hong Kong established in 1928 under the Chinese Temples Ordinance (華人廟宇條例). It is mainly responsible for the operation and management of twenty-four temples directly under its management. It also handles temple registration. There are 20 additional temples, of which management has been delegated to other organisations.
Hong Kong East Cluster is one of the seven hospital clusters managed by Hospital Authority in Hong Kong. It consists of seven public hospitals and 12 general outpatient clinics to provide public healthcare services for the population of Eastern, Wan Chai and Islands Districts. In mid-2012, the population was 825,400. The current Cluster chief executive is Dr. Luk Che-chung.
The Kowloon Central Cluster is one of the seven hospital clusters managed by Hospital Authority in Hong Kong. It consists of four public hospitals, two institutions and six general outpatient clinics to provide public healthcare services for the population of Yau Ma Tei, Mong Kok, Tsim Sha Tsui and Kowloon City and Wong Tai Sin. In mid-2012, the population was 1,103,200. The current Cluster Chief Executive is Albert Lo Chi-yuen.
