List of municipalities before the fusion of the Wallon Region

Since the creation of Belgium (1831) which consisted of 2,792 municipalities, all Belgian municipalities including those in Wallonia have been fused into the current 262 Wallon Region municipalities, each new municipalities contains one or more of the municipalities from before the fusion.
