Biography

Alimandi was born in Rome in 1962 and was ordained a priest in 1992. He is currently an editor for the Vatican publication Agenzia Fides .

On 25 February 2009, Pope Benedict XVI accepted the resignation of Fr. Rodríguez as Apostolic prefect of Western Sahara for age reasons.
