The House of Representatives is the lower house of Congress,the bicameral legislature of the Philippines,with the Senate of the Philippines as the upper house. The lower house is commonly referred to as Congress,although the term collectively refers to both houses.
Bayani Flores Fernando was a Filipino politician,businessman,and professional mechanical engineer. He served as the Mayor of Marikina from 1992 to 2001. During the administration of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo,he served as Chairman of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) from 2002 to 2009 and Secretary of Public Works and Highways from January to April 2003. He was a candidate for vice president of the Philippines in the 2010 elections as the running mate of Dick Gordon. He later served as the representative for Marikina's 1st district from 2016 to 2022.

He partnered with Kris Aquino in hosting Boy &Kris (2007–2009),SNN:Showbiz News Ngayon (2009–2011),and Aquino &Abunda Tonight (2014–2015). After the ABS-CBN shutdown,he returned to GMA to host Fast Talk with Boy Abunda (2023–present). In the PMPC Star Awards for Television,he has been inducted to the Hall of Fame for having won Best Celebrity Talk Show Host eleven times while Tonight with Boy Abunda was awarded Best Celebrity Talk Show four times.

Salukara is a type of pancake of the Waray people in Eastern Samar,Philippines. It is made with galapong,coconut milk,sugar,and water,the same ingredients to make the cake called bibingka. Traditionally tubâ is used as the leavening agent,giving the pancakes a slightly sour aftertaste,though standard baker's yeast can be substituted.
