McDonald's–Kline's Mill is located on Kline's Mill Road in the township of Bedminster in Somerset County, New Jersey, United States. Located along the banks of the North Branch Raritan River, the former mill was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 9, 1987, for its significance in engineering and industry. Neshanic is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Hillsborough Township, in Somerset County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is located near the South Branch Raritan River. The Neshanic Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

In 2016 most of the village was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Neshanic Station Historic District.
Fairmount is an unincorporated community located along County Route 517 in Tewksbury Township of Hunterdon County, New Jersey. The community was first known as Parkersville, named after proprietor James Parker (1725–1797). The southern section of the community is known as Lower Fairmount.
The Pluckemin Village Historic District is a 43.5-acre (17.6 ha) historic district located along U.S. Route 206 and Burnt Mills Road in the Pluckemin section of Bedminster Township in Somerset County, New Jersey. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 26, 1982, for its significance in architecture, commerce, education, and religion. It includes 33 contributing buildings.
Amsterdam is an unincorporated community located within Holland Township in Hunterdon County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Located on the southern flank of the Musconetcong Mountain, the area was settled in the first half of the 18th century. It was later named after Amsterdam, Netherlands. It is roughly bounded by the Millstone, River, and Princeton-Kingston Roads in the townships of Princeton in Mercer County, South Brunswick in Middlesex County, and Franklin in Somerset County. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 10, 1986 for its significance in engineering, exploration/settlement, industry, and transportation. The district includes 16 contributing buildings and 2 contributing structures.
The Rocky Hill Historic District is a 176-acre (71 ha) historic district encompassing the historic core of the borough of Rocky Hill in Somerset County, New Jersey. The village is approximately one square mile and traces its beginnings to the 18th century, when George Washington stayed at Rockingham, and its major growth period to the second quarter of the 19th century. Located along Washington Street and Montgomery, Princeton, and Crescent Avenues, the district encompasses 145 buildings, only 12 of which are non-contributing, and has sustained its historic character without the intrusion of modern structures or parking lots. The most notable landmark in the village is Dutch Reformed Church, built in 1856 in the Carpenter Gothic style. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 8, 1982, for its significance in archeology, architecture and commerce.
The North Branch Historic District is a historic district located in North Branch, Somerset County, New Jersey. It is on the western side of the North Branch of the Raritan River in Branchburg Township. The district reflects the 18th and 19th century architecture of this agricultural community, once built around a mill on the North Branch. A main feature is the stone house of Jacob Ten Eyck, with its Georgian influences. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 16, 2012, for its significance in architecture and community development.

Dunham's Mill, also known as Parry's Mill, is a historic building located at 7 Lower Center Street in Clinton, New Jersey, United States. The gristmill was in operation from 1837 to 1952. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 15, 1982, for its significance in commerce and industry. In 1995, it was also listed as a contributing property of the Clinton Historic District. It shares the Clinton Dam across the South Branch Raritan River with the David McKinney Mill on the other side of the river. Since 1952, it has been home to the Hunterdon Art Museum, described by an art critic as the "most charming and picturesque" museum in the state.
Franklin Corners is an unincorporated community located along the Passaic River at the intersection of County Route 613 and U.S. Route 202 in Bernards Township of Somerset County, New Jersey. In the 19th century, it had a grist mill, saw mill, general store, school, and several houses. The Franklin Corners Historic District, featuring Van Dorn's Mill, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
The Kline Farmhouse, also known as Cold Spring Cottage, is located on a 12-acre (4.9 ha) farm along County Route 517, north of Oldwick in Tewksbury Township of Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Built by Jacob Kline in the 1790s, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 11, 1984, for its significance in agriculture, architecture and settlement. Also known as the Beavers House, it was previously documented by the Historic American Buildings Survey in 1966. It was later listed as a contributing property of the Oldwick Historic District in 1988.
