Millenia Singapore is an integrated landmark development of Pontiac Land Group, nested in the Downtown Core of Singapore. It sits on land reclaimed in the 1970s from Marina Bay with five buildings designed by award-winning architects Kevin Roche, Thom Mayne, Philip Johnson and John Burgee.

Before the 1970s, the area was open water used by sea vessels for anchorage with the Queen Elizabeth Walk along what is now the western end of this area. Part of the Singapore Grand Prix runs through the entire part of Millenia Singapore.

Millenia Walk

Millenia Walk (Chinese: 美年径) is a shopping centre in Marina Centre of the Downtown Core, Singapore. It is a 2-storey retail mall, with a total gross area of 415,000 sq ft.

Transportation

Transport is well connected by Promenade MRT station, together with the access to East Coast Parkway, Nicoll Highway, Raffles Avenue, Raffles Boulevard, Raffles Link, Rochor Road, Temasek Boulevard and Temasek Avenue.

The mall is managed by CapitaCommercial Trust and CapitaMall Trust. It was completed in 1986.

Conrad Centennial Singapore (Chinese:康莱德酒店) is a hotel located in the Downtown Core, Marina Centre, Singapore. The hotel has 512 guest rooms including 25 suites, and 31 floors with two basements. It was designed by Johnson Burgee Architects, and completed in 1996. The hotel's carpark is shared with Millenia Walk. Conrad Centennial shares the same laundry services with sister hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore. Both hotels are owned by the same owner, Pontiac Land.

The Sail @ Marina Bay is a waterfront lifestyle condominium located in the Marina Bay area in Singapore. It was completed in 2008. The first tenants have moved into Central Park Tower in July 2008. Residents moved into Marina Bay Tower a few weeks later. The structure of The Sail is 245 m (804 ft) with 70 storeys and is one of Singapore's tallest condominia/apartment buildings. This development offers panoramic city view of Marina Bay and the sea. It is close to some of Singapore's famous landmarks such as Suntec City, Marina Bay Sands, Esplanade, Telok Ayer Market and the Singapore River. The Downtown MRT station is built a few meters to the West of the building. The building was erected on reclaimed land, and the Central Linear Park is built on the South Side next to the building.

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is a 32 floor luxury hotel located at Millenia Singapore, Marina Centre, Singapore. The hotel is run by The Ritz-Carlton group of hotels, and it has won several awards. The hotel was opened in 1996, developed and owned by the Kwee brothers' company Pontiac Land.

The resort includes a 2,561-room hotel, a 120,000-square-metre (1,300,000 sq ft) convention-exhibition centre, the 74,000-square-metre (800,000 sq ft) The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands mall, a museum, a large theatre, "celebrity chef" restaurants, two floating crystal pavilions, art-science exhibits, and the world's largest atrium casino with 500 tables and 1,600 slot machines. Galaxy Macau is a casino resort located in Cotai, Macau, SAR of People's Republic of China. Construction on the Cotai project began in 2002. Its opening was rescheduled several times. Its developer, Galaxy Entertainment Group, announced on 10 March 2011 that the HKD 14.9 billion resort would officially open on 15 May 2011. The resort was designed by Gary Goddard. The Kwee family is a Singaporean family that owns the Pontiac Land Group, a privately held luxury real estate developer and hotel owner based in Singapore. The Kwee brothers Kwee Liong Keng, Kwee Liong Tek, Kwee Liong Seen and Kwee Liong Phing collectively run the group.
