Mircea Abrudean is a Romanian politician from the National Liberal Party (PNL) who has been Secretary-General of the Government in the Ciolacu Cabinet since 15 June 2023. [1]
He graduated with a degree in international relations from the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and a masters degree in project management from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest. From December 2019 to February 2021 he was prefect of Cluj County. [1]
