He is known for being one of the pioneers of Bhangra and Punjabi pop/folk music,and has composed music for over 5000 music albums and many Punjabi and Hindi films. He has given many global hits like "Yaar Bolda","Dupatta Tera Satt Rang Da","Mukhda Dekh ke","Jatti","Mitraan Da Naa Chalda" etc. He has also composed and designed music for various theatre productions and has worked with eminent directors and play writes. Based out of Chandigarh,he has been one of the foremost contributors in setting up the Punjabi music industry,and the emergence of recording studios in North India.
Anmol Gagan Maan is an Indian politician minister of Punjab government and Punjabi singer. She is the MLA representing the Kharar Assembly constituency in the Punjab Legislative Assembly. She is a member of the Aam Aadmi Party. She was elected as the MLA in the 2022 Punjab Legislative Assembly election. Anmol Gagan Maan is also known as Gagandeep Kaur Maan. She is a Punjabi singer known for her Punjabi folk and Bhangra songs.
Kamaldeep Singh Dhaliwal,commonly known as Hobby Dhaliwal is an Indian film actor,singer,and politician. He is known for his works in Punjabi and Hindi films. Dhaliwal began his career by debut movie Burrraahh in 2012. The films Angrej (2015),Lahoriye (2017),Jora 10 Numbaria (2017),and Ardaas Karaan (2019) are among his best known works.
Daljeet Kaur was an Indian actress known for her work in Punjabi cinema productions. Over the course of her acting career she appeared in more than 70 films.
