New Haven is a town in Dunn County, Wisconsin, in the United States. As of the 2000 census, the town population was 656. The unincorporated community of Connorsville is located within the town. The unincorporated community of Graytown is located partially in the town.

As of the census [2] of 2000, there were 656 people, 243 households, and 170 families residing in the town. The population density was 18.0 people per square mile (7.0/km2). There were 256 housing units at an average density of 7.0 per square mile (2.7/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 99.09% White, 0.30% Native American, 0.15% Asian, 0.15% from other races, and 0.30% from two or more races.
There were 243 households, out of which 36.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 62.6% were married couples living together, 4.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.0% were non-families. 24.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
