Parsons Beach is a locality on the western side of Yorke Peninsula and eastern side of Spencer Gulf in South Australia. There is a small town at the north end of the locality, set behind the sandhills from the beach.
Before 5 September 2017, the village of Parsons Beach was formally the northwestern corner of the locality of Minlaton. [4] On that date, the Government of South Australia declared that Parsons Beach was a separate locality. [5] The name "Parsons Beach" for the subdivision of the village was approved on 27 August 1982 by the Geographical Names Board. [1]
Grange is a coastal suburb of the City of Charles Sturt, in Adelaide, South Australia, located about 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from the Adelaide city centre. The suburb is named after Captain Charles Sturt's cottage, built in 1840–41, which still stands and is now a museum. In addition to Grange Beach, the suburb has several parks and reserves, as well as the Grange Hotel, which was originally licensed in 1881.

In September 2017, before the facility opened, the boundary between Tailem Bend and Elwomple was adjusted so that The Bend Motorsport Park was officially in Tailem Bend, not Elwomple.
