Peachton (formerly Ord Ranch) is an unincorporated community in Butte County, California. It lies at an elevation of 102 feet (31 m).
In law, an unincorporated area is a region of land that is not governed by a local municipal corporation; similarly an unincorporated community is a settlement that is not governed by its own local municipal corporation, but rather is administered as part of larger administrative divisions, such as a township, parish, borough, county, city, canton, state, province or country. Occasionally, municipalities dissolve or disincorporate, which may happen if they become fiscally insolvent, and services become the responsibility of a higher administration. Widespread unincorporated communities and areas are a distinguishing feature of the United States and Canada. The Snoqualmie River is a 45-mile (72 km) long river in King County and Snohomish County in the U.S. state of Washington. The river's three main tributaries are the North, Middle, and South Forks, which drain the west side of the Cascade Mountains near the town of North Bend and join near the town of Snoqualmie just above the Snoqualmie Falls. After the falls the river flows north through rich farmland and the towns of Fall City, Carnation, and Duvall before meeting the Skykomish River to form the Snohomish River near Monroe. The Snohomish River empties into Puget Sound at Everett. Other tributaries of the Snoqualmie River include the Taylor River and the Pratt River, both of which enter the Middle Fork, the Tolt River, which joins at Carnation, and the Raging River at Fall City.
Centerville is an unincorporated community in Butte County, California along Butte Creek. It was midway between Helltown and Diamondville. The area is about one and three quarters miles, straight-line distance, west of Paradise.

Willard is a former populated place in Riverside County, California. It was located at the west corner of Lake Elsinore. Willard was later incorporated into the City of Lake Elsinore. The old post office was torn down in 1964. Today three palm trees still grow in front of the site along Macy Avenue in front of the property.
