A geographic coordinate system is a coordinate system that enables every location on Earth to be specified by a set of numbers, letters or symbols. Blavo is an unincorporated community in Butte County, California. It lies at an elevation of 138 feet (42 m). Blavo is located 10 miles (16 km) west-northwest of Oroville on the Sacramento Northern Railroad. [2]
