Phil Hernandez is an American Democratic politician from Virginia. He was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in the 2023 Virginia House of Delegates election from the 94th district. [1] Prior to the election,he was a civil rights lawyer and former senior policy analyst in the Obama Administration.
Hernandez was born in Hampton Roads. [2]

The Virginia House of Delegates is one of the two houses of the Virginia General Assembly,the other being the Senate of Virginia.
