Hillary Pugh Kent is an American Republican politician from Virginia. [1] She was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in the 2023 Virginia House of Delegates election from the 67th district. [2]
Kent was the vice chair of the board of directors for the Warsaw Richmond County Main Street Program. [3]
Benton County is a county located in the west central part of the U.S. state of Missouri. The population was 19,394 as of the 2020 Census. Its county seat is Warsaw. The county was organized January 3,1835,and named for U.S. Senator Thomas Hart Benton of Missouri.
The Virginia House of Delegates is one of the two houses of the Virginia General Assembly,the other being the Senate of Virginia. It has 100 members elected for terms of two years;unlike most states,these elections take place during odd-numbered years. It is currently the dominant party in the state,and is one of the strongest affiliates of the national Republican Party. It controls both of West Virginia's U.S. House seats,one of the U.S. Senate seats,the governorship,and has supermajorities in both houses of the state legislature.

Primary elections will take place on May 14,2024.
