As of the census of 2010, there were 593 people, 236 households, and 171 families residing in the township. The population density was 13.6 inhabitants per square mile (5.3/km2). There were 472 housing units at an average density of 10.9 per square mile (4.2/km2). The racial makeup of the township was 98.5% White, 0.2% Black, 0.3% Native American, 0.5% Asian, and 0.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1% of the population.
There were 236 households, out of which 24.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.0% were married couples living together, 5.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.5% were non-families. 21.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
