As of the census of 2010, there were 781 people, 314 households, and 237 families residing in the township. The population density was 44.1 people per square mile (17/km2). There were 382 housing units at an average density of 21.6/sq mi (8.4/km2). The racial makeup of the township was 99.2% White, 0.1% Black, 0.1% American Indian, 0.3% Asian, and 0.3% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.6% of the population.
There were 314 households, out of which 27.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 63.4% were married couples living together, 5.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.5% were non-families. 22.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.49 and the average family size was 2.89.
