The Second McGowan Ministry is the 37th ministry of the Government of Western Australia. Led by the Premier Mark McGowan and Deputy Premier Roger Cook, it succeeded the First McGowan Ministry following the 2021 election and was sworn in on 19 March 2021. [1] [2]

Melinda Jane Pavey, is a former Australian politician. Pavey had been a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 2015 to 2023, representing the seat of Oxley for The Nationals. She was previously a member of the New South Wales Legislative Council between 2002 and 2015.

Mark McGowan is an Australian politician and naval officer serving as the 30th and current premier of Western Australia since March 2017. He has been the leader of the Western Australian branch of the Australian Labor Party (ALP) since 2012 and a member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the division of Rockingham since 1996. McGowan is credited with having led the Labor Party to the largest election victory in Australian history in the 2021 state election, and recording the highest approval rating of any premier of any state in Australia during the height of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Robert Gordon Stokes is a retired Australian politician. Stokes served as the New South Wales Minister for Infrastructure, the Minister for Cities, and the Minister for Active Transport in the Perrottet ministry between 21 December 2021 and 25 March 2023. He was a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly representing Pittwater for the Liberal Party between 2007 and 2023.
The Carpenter Ministry was the 34th Ministry of the Government of Western Australia, and was led by Labor Premier Alan Carpenter and his deputy Eric Ripper. It succeeded the Gallop Ministry on 3 February 2006 due to the retirement of Dr Geoff Gallop from politics on 25 January, and was in turn succeeded by the Barnett Ministry on 23 September 2008 after the Labor Party lost government at the state election held on 6 September.
Roger Hugh Cook is an Australian politician who is the current Deputy Premier of Western Australia, under Mark McGowan. He has been a member of the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia since 2008, representing the seat of Kwinana. He was elected deputy leader of the Labor Party ten days after first being elected to parliament, and continues to hold the position. Before entering politics, Cook worked as a public relations consultant. He had earlier been involved in student politics, serving as the first president of the National Union of Students.
Victor Michael Dominello, is an Australian politician who was the New South Wales Minister for Customer Service in the second Berejiklian ministry from April 2019, and in the Perrottet ministry until March 2023. Dominello is a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly, representing the electorate of Ryde for the Liberal Party from 2008 until his retirement in 2023.
Mia Jane Davies is an Australian politician who was the Leader of the Opposition and leader of the National Party in Western Australia from March 2021 to January 2023. She has been a member of the state Legislative Assembly since 2013, having previously served in the Legislative Council from 2009 to 2013. Davies was elected deputy leader of the Nationals in November 2013, and replaced Brendon Grylls as leader in March 2017 following his defeat at the 2017 state election. As a result of the Liberal Party's electoral wipeout at the 2021 state election, she became leader of the opposition after Premier Mark McGowan gave her party the official opposition party funding, the first member of her party to hold the role since Arthur Watts in 1947. She resigned as leader of the opposition and leader of her party in January 2023, and said she would not recontest her seat at the 2025 election.
Stuart Laurence Ayres is an Australian politician. He was a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 19 June 2010 to 25 March 2023, representing the electorate of Penrith as a member of the Liberal Party.
Mark Raymond Speakman is an Australian politician. He has served as the Leader of the Opposition and Leader of the Liberal Party in New South Wales since 21 April 2023. He served as the New South Wales Attorney General from January 2017 until the defeat of the Liberal Party in March 2023. He served in the second Berejiklian ministry from April 2019 until April 2023, and in the first arrangement of the Perrottet ministry. Speakman is a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly representing Cronulla for the Liberal Party since 2011.
Campbell Newman led the Liberal National Party of Queensland to its first victory at the 2012 state election. His interim Ministry of three members was sworn in on 26 March 2012, pending his determination of the make-up of his full Ministry. His replaced the Ministry of Anna Bligh. Following his party's loss at the 2015 state election, Newman soon resigned as Premier to make way for the ministry of Annastacia Palaszczuk.

Reece Raymond Whitby is an Australian politician. He has been a Labor member of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly since the 2017 state election, representing Baldivis. Shortly after the 2017 election, Whitby was appointed by Premier of Western Australia Mark McGowan as Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer and Minister for Energy and Finance, and as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Environment and Disability Services. Whitby was successfully re-elected to the seat of Baldivis in the 2021 state election, and he was appointed to the Second McGowan Ministry, becoming the Minister of Emergency Services; Racing and Gaming, Small Business and Volunteering.
Christopher John Dawson, is the 34th Governor of Western Australia and a former police officer who served as the Commissioner of the Western Australia Police Force from 2017 to 2022. He was sworn in as governor on 15 July 2022.
