The Technological University (Banmaw)(also spell Bhamo) was initially constructed as Technological College (Banmaw) in December, 2001. The main building was opened on February 11, 2002. The new two- storey building was started to build on January 1, 2002 by Shwe Than Lwin Company and opened on July 10, 2005. Technological College (Banmaw) was upgraded to Technological University (Banmaw) on January 20, 2007.

Technological University (Maubin) (Burmese: နည်းပညာတက္ကသိုလ် (မအူပင်) is situated near Aung Heit village, Maubin Township, in Ayeyawady Region of Myanmar. It was first opened as Government Technical Institute (Maubin) on 3 November 1989. It was upgraded to Government Technological College on 31 May 2002, and to Technological University (Maubin) on 20 January 2007.

Technological University, Pakokku is situated beside the Pakokku–Yesagyo road. It is about 8 miles and 4 furlongs far from Pakokku. Kyauk Hlae Khar village is situated to the north, Pantinechone village at the south and Oakkan village at the west. Technological University covers 100.32 acres. The university was opened as G.T.I on 27 December 1999. It was promoted to GTC on 20 October 2002. It was promoted to Technological University on 20 January 2007.
