The Telkwa Range is a subrange of the Bulkley Ranges, located south of the junction of the Telkwa River and Bulkley River in northern British Columbia, Canada.
The Bulkley River in British Columbia is a major tributary of the Skeena River. The Bulkley is 257 kilometres (160 mi) long with a drainage basin covering 12,400 square kilometres (4,800 sq mi).

Eskers Provincial Park is a provincial park in British Columbia, Canada. The park comprises roughly 4,044 hectares and was created in 1987. Located west of Nukko Lake, which lies northwest of the city of Prince George, it protects an area of the 40-kilometre (25 mi) Stuart River Eskers Complex. Eskers are winding ridges of gravel formed by the glaciers which once covered the British Columbia Interior.

Witset is a Wet'suwet'en village in Central British Columbia, Canada on the west side of the Bulkley River on Coryatsaqua (Moricetown) Indian Reserve No. 2, and on Moricetown Indian Reserve No.1. The current village was built during the early 1900s. Evidence of inhabitants date back to around 5,500 years ago.

The Hazelton Mountains are a grouping of mountain ranges on the inland lee of the Kitimat Ranges of the Coast Mountains in northwestern British Columbia, Canada, spanning the area of Hazelton south to the Nechako Reservoir. Defined by the British Columbia geographic names office, they span from the Nass River to the Nechako Plateau, and between the Coast Mountains and the Bulkley River, they are considered by geographers to be part of the Interior Mountains complex, though in local perspective they are considered to be part of the Coast Mountains. They are neighboured on the west by the Kitimat Ranges and on the east by the southernmost section of the Skeena Mountains; beyond the Nass River, which is their northern boundary, are the Boundary Ranges of the Coast Mountains. To their southeast is the Nechako Plateau, including the Quanchus Range on the near-island between Ootsa and Eutsuk Lakes of the Nechako Reservoir.

Hagwilget or Hagwilgyet is a First Nations reserve community of the Gitxsan people located on the lower Bulkley River just east of Hazelton in northwestern British Columbia, Canada. The community's name means "well-dressed" as in "ostentatious," though another meaning is "the quiet people". It has also been spelled Awillgate and Ackwilgate and it has also been named Rocher Déboulé - "falling rock" - a reference to a landslide in this area from Rocher Déboulé Mountain, which blocked salmon runs on the Bulkley River at this location.
The Skeena Country is a historic geographic region comprising areas of both the British Columbia Coast and the British Columbia Interior in northwestern British Columbia, Canada.
Howson Peak is a mountain in west central British Columbia, Canada, located 54 km (34 mi) southwest of Telkwa and southwest of the head of Telkwa River. This prominent mountain is the highest of the Howson Range. Howson Peak was first climbed in 1958 after an accident during a 1957 attempt in which Rex Gibson, then president of the Alpine Club of Canada, was killed. That route, as well as many other lines, remains unclimbed. The mountain is now in Tazdli Wiyez Bin or Burnie-Shea Provincial Park. Access is by air to Burnie Lake or on foot from the Kitnayakwa River road. The Burnie Glacier Chalet is the nearest accommodation.
The Howson Range is a north–south trending subrange of the Bulkley Ranges of the Hazelton Mountains in northern British Columbia, Canada. It is located southwest of Telkwa Pass and southwest of Smithers. The highest summit in the range is Howson Peak 54 km (34 mi) southwest of Telkwa with an elevation of 2,759 m (9,052 ft).
The Kispiox River is a river in the Skeena Country of British Columbia, Canada. It is a tributary of the Skeena River, flowing southeast to meet that river above its confluence with the Bulkley near Hazelton. It forms the eastern boundary of the Kispiox Range subdivision of the Hazelton Mountains.
