Sita Rambagh temple

Birla Mandir

Birla Mandir is a Hindu temple, built on a 280 feet (85 m) high hillock called Naubath Pahad on a 13 acres (53,000 m2) plot, constructed in 1976.

Jagannath Temple

The Jagannath Temple in Hyderabad, India is a temple to the Hindu god Jagannath near Banjara hills Road no.12. [1]

Features

There are shrines dedicated to Lakshmi, with Shiva, Ganesh, Hanuman and Navagrahas. The sanctum sanctorum houses Jagannath along with his siblings, Balabhadra and Subhadra.

Sanghi Temple

Ashtalakshmi Temple, Hyderabad

This temple in Vasavi Colony is dedicated to the Hindu goddess Lakshmi as Ashtalakshmi. It was built in 1996.

Katta Maisamma temple

This temple is located at Begumpet, beside Hyderabad Public School.

Balkampet Yellamma temple

This temple is located at Balkampet and is dedicated to Yellamma, a traditional manifestation of the Hindu goddess Parvati or Shakti.

The Sringeri Shankar Math established in Nallakunta is the oldest of the branch maths in Hyderabad.

Basaveshwaranagara, also known as Basaveshwaranagar, Basaveshnagara or Basaveshnagar is a largely residential neighbourhood in the west of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. It is located to the west of Rajajinagara and is sandwiched between the localities of Mahalakshmi Layout to the north and Vijayanagara to the south, spread across multiple sub-localities, three assembly constituencies and seven Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) wards. The area of Basaveshwaranagara is often considered West of Chord Road as it lies to the west of Chord Road, an arterial road in the western part of Bengaluru.

Sainikpuri is a residential neighbourhood in the northeastern part of Hyderabad City. It falls under Kapra mandal of Medchal-Malkajgiri District, and is currently administered under GHMC East Zone. It started as a co-operative housing society venture for retired army personnel, but now has houses which belong to other defence services as well as civilians. Late Brig M. K Rao, Late Brig S.N.Docca and Late Lt. Col. Tiwari Singh were the first few to have got plots in the society and had a vision to develop the colony into an elite area. The housing plots originally allotted to the members of the Sainikpuri co-operative society were of the size of 700–1,000 square yards each. Owing to this reason, most residences have large lawns and gardens. Roads are well laid and numbered. Avenues are lined with a variety of flowering and fruiting trees, and are ideal for morning and evening walks. The sprawling cantonment area, as well as The College of Defence Management (CDM) which is a premier establishment of the Indian armed forces, are in the vicinity of Sainikpuri. The old buildings are now slowly giving way to multi-storied apartments, and it is becoming a costlier affair to acquire living space in this area.

Valasaravakkam is a neighbourhood in the Chennai district of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu and a residential suburb of the city of Chennai. It is located in the Maduravoyal Taluk at a distance of approximately 15 kilometres from the Kilometer Zero stone. Valasaravakkam lies on the Arcot Road, one of Chennai's arterial roads. It is under the Maduravoyal election constituency. In October, 2011 Valasaravakkam Municipality ceased to exist and the area became part of Chennai Corporation as Ward Nos 149 and 152, Southern Region, Corporation of Chennai. As of 2011, the town had a population of 47,378. Famous Sivan temple is in Kesavardhini.

Veerabhadra Temple is located on Devakuta Parvatham, a hillock on an islet amidst the Godavari River near Pattiseema in West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. The temple is dedicated to Shiva and the namesake is Veerabhadra.
