Tietoevry Keilalahti Campus/Microsoft Talo (formerly named Nokia House) is the head office building of Tieto [1] and Microsoft Finland, [2] located in Keilaniemi, Espoo, just outside Helsinki, the capital of Finland.
The campus was built between 1995-1997 as headquarters for Nokia by architect Pekka Helin. [3] It comprises three separate structures: The two most southern parts of the building were built in the early 1990s and the third, most northern part was built in 2000. [4]
Nokia operated in the building from 1997 to 2014, with around 5000 employees working in the premises. [3] They owned the building up until December 2012, when it was announced that it had been sold to Finland-based Exilion for €170 million. Nokia continued using the building as its head office, leasing it on a long-term basis. [3] The building was transferred to Microsoft Mobile as part of the sale of Nokia's mobile phone business to Microsoft in April 2014, at which point the building was renamed Microsoft Talo (literally Microsoft House). Nokia subsequently relocated its headquarters to its former Nokia Networks offices in Karaportti to the north. [5]
In 2015 Tieto announced its intention to move its head office to part of the building, [6] [7] with the move taking place in early 2017. [8] Microsoft Mobile closed down in 2017 when its assets were acquired by HMD Global, however, Microsoft is still a major tenant in the building complex, where they usually held events like the Keilaniemi Toastmasters until 2021. [9]
In December 2017, Exilion sold the building to Germany-based Deutsche Asset Management (part of Deutsche Bank) for 164 million euros. [10] [11]

Ruoholahti is a quarter in Helsinki, part of the Länsisatama neighbourhood and Kampinmalmi district. It is located in the southwestern part of the central city area of Helsinki, close to the Lauttasaari island, and it functions as the principal connection between the Helsinki city centre and the city of Espoo to the west. The Nokia tune is a phrase from a composition for solo guitar, Gran Vals, composed in 1902 by the Spanish classical guitarist and composer Francisco Tárrega. It has been associated with Finnish corporation Nokia since the 1990s, becoming the first identifiable musical ringtone on a mobile phone; Nokia selected an excerpt to be used as its default ringtone.
Accountor Tower is a high-rise office building, designed by architects Castrén–Jauhiainen–Nuuttila, located in the Keilaniemi district of Espoo, just outside Helsinki, the capital of Finland. With a height of 84 metres (274 feet), it is currently the fifth tallest habitable building in Finland, and was the tallest building in Finland from its construction in 1976 until 2006. Formerly known as the Fortum Head Office and before that Neste Tower, as of May 2018 it is the headquarters of the Nordic financial software company Accountor.

Wilhelm Carpelan is a former Von Fersen-class transport boat. Built in 1915 for the Imperial Russian Navy, she was used as a transport boat and later a minesweeper by the Finnish Navy until 1977. After decommissioning, she was sold to private ownership and used as a pleasure boat. In 2013, Wilhelm Carpelan was donated to the collections of Forum Marinum, the maritime museum in Turku, Finland.
Microsoft Mobile Oy was a Finland subsidiary of Microsoft Devices involved in the development and manufacturing of mobile phones. Based in Keilaniemi, Espoo, it was established in 2014 following the acquisition of Nokia's Devices and Services division by Microsoft in a deal valued at €5.4 billion, which was completed in April 2014. Nokia's then-CEO, Stephen Elop, joined Microsoft as president of its Devices division following the acquisition, and the acquisition was part of Steve Ballmer's strategy to turn Microsoft into a "devices and services" company. Under a 10-year licensing agreement, Microsoft Mobile held rights to sell feature phones running the S30/S30+ platform under the Nokia brand.

Series 30+ is a software platform and application user interface used for Nokia-branded, then HMD-branded mobile devices since 2024. Human Mobile Devices (HMD), formally HMD Global, is a Finnish mobile phone manufacturer. The company is made up of the mobile phone business that the Nokia Corporation sold to Microsoft in 2014, then bought back in 2016. HMD began marketing Nokia-branded smartphones and feature phones on 1 December 2016. The company has exclusive rights to the Nokia brand for mobile phones through a licensing agreement. The HMD brand was initially only used for corporate purposes and does not appear in advertising, whereas the name "Nokia Mobile" is used on social media. As it was launched, the abbreviation HMD stood for Hon Hai Mobile Devices. This was in reference to the main shareholder at the time of its creation: the Taiwanese group Foxconn. In January 2024, HMD rebranded to 'Human Mobile Devices', and will use their own branding on future devices alongside that of Nokia.
The Nokia 6 is a Nokia-branded mid-range smartphone running on Android. It is the first smartphone from the Finnish company HMD Global, created through the partial divestment of Nokia's devices division; the first Nokia-branded smartphone since the Lumia 638; and the first Nokia-branded Android smartphone since the short-lived Nokia X2 in 2014. The phone was first announced for sale in China on January 8, 2017, with a global version announced the following month.
The Nokia 3310 (2017) is a Nokia-branded feature phone developed by HMD Global. It was announced on 26 February 2017 at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 as a revival of the original Nokia 3310 that was produced from the early 2000s. An improved model with 3G support was released on 29 October 2017.
