Kristian Seeber (born November 10, 1980), [1] known professionally as Tina Burner, is an American drag performer most known for appearing in Shade: Queens of NYC and on the thirteenth season of RuPaul's Drag Race . She was a part of a boy band named 5th Ring.

Early life

Seeber was born and raised in Lowville, NY. [2]

Career

Seeber used to be in a boy band. [3] Tina Burner has been named National Miss Comedy Queen [4] [5] and competed on thirteenth season of RuPaul's Drag Race , where she was eliminated in episode 11 and finished in seventh place. [6] She also worked with fashion designer Nicolas Putvinski for a time. [7]

In 2022, Tina Burner toured the world with their show, Witch Perfect with fellow RPDR stars Scarlet Envy and Alexis Michelle. Written by Tina Burner and writing partner Blake Allen, the show is a parody of the Disney movie Hocus Pocus. [8]

Personal life

Seeber was previously in a relationship with Graham Norton, a judge on RuPaul's Drag Race UK ; the two had met at Barracuda Lounge in New York City. [3] [9] Seeber moved to the United Kingdom to be with Norton, until their separation in 2006. [10] He has a dog, Lady. [11]

Barracuda Lounge, or simply Barracuda, is a gay bar in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. Opened in 1995, the bar is known for its nightly drag shows. It is a sister establishment to Industry, a nightclub, and Elmo, a restaurant. Barracuda is home to "Star Search", the longest-running bar show in New York City, which began in the early 1990s and may have served as an inspiration for RuPaul's Drag Race. In the 1990s and 2000s, Barracuda was a popular celebrity hangout, and it was frequently the site of promotional events for new music and Broadway plays. While closed for much of 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the venue underwent a major renovation. It reopened in June 2021. The fourth series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK began airing on BBC Three on 22 September 2022. RuPaul returned to his role as main host and head judge, and was again joined on the judging panel by Michelle Visage, Alan Carr and Graham Norton, all of whom returned for their respective fourth series. The series was filmed in Pinewood Studios in February 2022. The cast for the fourth series was revealed on 7 September 2022 on social media. The cast also featured Dakota Schiffer, the first out trans woman to compete in the British version of the show.

"Halftime Headliners" is the fourth episode of the sixth season of the American reality competition television series RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, which aired on online streaming service Paramount+ on July 8, 2021. The episode has contestants impersonate famous singers and musicians and lip sync to a medley of RuPaul songs, inspired by Super Bowl's Halftime Shows. Jamal Sims served as guest judges, alongside regular panelists RuPaul, Michelle Visage and Carson Kressley.
