For the episode's mini-challenge, RuPaul has the contestants play a game called Spill the T. The game has contestants cast votes about each other, based on questions asked by RuPaul. Sapphira Cristál wins the mini-challenge. [2]

For the main challenge, the contestants create drag employee seminars. The teams are: Plane Jane and Q, Dawn and Mhi'ya Iman Le'Paige, and Morphine Love Dion, Nymphia Wind, and Sapphira Cristál. During rehearsals, Michelle Visage and Joel Kim Booster visit the contestants in the Werk Room. [3] Visage reveals to the contestants that they will be delivering their presentations in front of a live audience. Q says her runway look is a tribute to LGBT people who died during the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the 1980s, and reveals that she is HIV-positive. [2]

On the main stage, RuPaul welcomes fellow judges Visage and Ross Mathews, as well as guest judge Booster. The runway category is "Flashback: DragCon 1980". Q wears a red-and-white dress inspired by the work of Keith Haring that references the red ribbon. [4] [5] Sapphira Cristál wins the main challenge. Mhi'ya Iman Le'Paige and Morphine Love Dion place in the bottom two and face off in a lip-sync to "Dim All the Lights" (1979) by Donna Summer. During the contest, Mhi'ya Iman Le'Paige throws the cape from her outfit onto Morphine Love Dion. [6] Morphine Love Dion wins the lip-sync and Mhi'ya Iman Le'Paige is eliminated from the competition.
