For the final challenge of the season, the contestants write, record, and perform verses to RuPaul's song "Queens Everywhere".

The runway category is "Best Drag". The judging panel includes RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley, and Ross Mathews, as well as guest judge Todrick Hall. A'keria C. Davenport and Yvie Oddly receive positive critiques. Brooke Lynn Hytes, Silky Nutmeg Ganache, and Vanessa Vanjie Mateo receive negative critiques, and Silky Nutmeg Ganache is deemed safe. Brooke Lynn Hytes and Vanessa Vanjie Mateo place in the bottom and face off in a lip-sync to "Pride: A Deeper Love" by Aretha Franklin. Brooke Lynn Hytes wins the lip-sync and Vanessa Vanjie Mateo is eliminated from the competition.

She later returned to compete on the seventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, an all-winners season, in 2022. Yvie Oddly has been on the worldwide Werq the World drag concert tour since 2019. In addition to music videos and performances, she explores what she sees as a transformative power of drag by making thrift store finds into wearable art in Yvie Oddly's Oddities series on WOW Presents Plus.
