Toby Emmerich (born February 8, 1963), is an American producer,film executive, and screenwriter. He has been with Warner Bros. for much of his career, and formerly served as the chairman of the Warner Bros. Pictures Group.
Emmerich was born to Constance (née Marantz) and André Emmerich (1924–2007), a Frankfurt-born gallery owner and art dealer. His parents lived in New York City at the time of his birth. He is Jewish. [ citation needed ]He is the brother of Noah Emmerich, an actor, and Adam Emmerich, a mergers and acquisitions lawyer at the firm of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York. He attended The Calhoun School in New York City and then graduated from Wesleyan University.
He has been producer or executive producer of over 50 films. He also wrote the screenplays to the films Frequency and The Last Mimzy , among other screenplays. He was also the executive music producer of the films Menace II Society and Above The Rim and is given thanks in the credits of Wayne Kramer's 2006 thriller film Running Scared.
After serving as president of production at New Line Cinema, Emmerich became president and chief operating officer of New Line on March 18, 2008. In 2017, he became President and Chief Content Officer of the Warner Bros. Pictures Group, and later in 2018 its chairman.As chairman, he "has oversight of the Studio’s global theatrical production, marketing and distribution operations and also oversees the marketing and distribution activities of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment". In October 2019, he extended his contract as chairman of Warner Bros. Pictures Group and elevated top lieutenant Carolyn Blackwood to the newly created position of chief operating officer.
On June 1, 2022, Emmerich announced his resignation from his position with Warner Bros, with Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy set to replace him after their contracts with Amazon-owned Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer expire.Emmerich remained at his post for a "transitional period" before starting his own production company, signing a five-year funding and distribution deal with Warner Bros. De Luca and Abdy took over in July 2022.

He is also the former president of production at both New Line Cinema and DreamWorks, De Luca has been nominated for three Academy Awards for Best Picture. De Luca formerly served as the chairman of the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Motion Picture Group and currently serves as a co-chairperson and CEO of Warner Bros. Pictures Group.
William Damaschke is an American film executive and producer who currently serves as the president of Warner Bros. Pictures Animation. Previously, he had spent 20 years at DreamWorks Animation, most recently as Chief Creative Officer, where he was involved in the creative, artistic, and operational direction of the company. His tenure oversaw the release of some of the company's big franchise films, including Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon and The Croods. He also oversaw all of DreamWorks's live theatrical productions, including the award-winning Shrek the Musical. Damaschke’s other projects as a producer include the Broadway musical The Prom, directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw, which played at the Longacre Theatre from 15 November 2018 to 11 August 2019; the Broadway-bound musical Half Time, directed and choreographed by Jerry Mitchell, which was presented at the Paper Mill Playhouse in Spring of 2018; and the stage adaptation of Moulin Rouge, directed by Alex Timbers, on which Damaschke serves as executive producer. He was also formerly the president of Skydance Animation.

(CNI), the operating company of Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, and Boomerang. Previously, he was best known as a creative, co-creating the animated television series Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law and the show's spin-off, Birdgirl, and is the executive producer of the television film Re-Animated. He was a long-time creative director at Cartoon Network since 1996, and ran content development and oversaw programming for the network in the mid-2000s. Ouweleen is married with three sons.

It stars Momoa as Arthur Curry / Aquaman alongside Patrick Wilson, Amber Heard, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Nicole Kidman.
