Volente is a village in Travis County, Texas United States located on the north shore of Lake Travis. A post office was first established at Volente in 1886, with Andrew J. Stanford as postmaster [3] but was not incorporated until 2003. [4] The population was 561 at the 2020 census. [5]
Volente has a total area of 2.1 square miles (5.4 km2), all land. [6]
