Whinfield is a suburb of Darlington, in the Borough of Darlington in County Durham, England. It is situated to the north of Darlington.
Originally several bus routes (by different companies) called in the Whinfield area. However, now Arriva North East routes 6A/6B, 10, 17 and X66 operate to Darlington.
Schools within the area include Whinfield Primary School (for students aged 4–11) and the Education Village. The EV is the first of its kind in the world, linking three schools on one site, Haughton Academy (for students aged 11–16), Springfield Academy (for students aged 3–11) and Beaumont Hill Academy (for students aged 2–19 with special needs).
Rocky Hill is a town in Hartford County, Connecticut, United States. The town is part of the Capitol Planning Region. The population was 20,845 at the 2020 census. It was originally land of the Wangunks. Europeans began to settle the area of Rocky Hill in 1650, as part of Wethersfield, the neighboring town to the north. In 1722, the area became known as Stepney Parish, until it was independently incorporated in 1843. Rocky Hill’s location on the Connecticut River made it a natural port for Wethersfield and an early center for shipbuilding, agriculture, and trade.

Haughton-le-Skerne is a village in the borough of Darlington in the ceremonial county of Durham, England. It is situated in the north east of Darlington. The village lies to the west of the River Skerne. At the centre of the village green, is the main road towards Darlington town centre going across the river, south of the church. There used to be a linen mill on the riverbank on the east side of the village. Part of the mill leat can still be seen today.
Hurworth-on-Tees is a village in the borough of Darlington, within the ceremonial county of County Durham, England. It is situated in the civil parish of Hurworth. The village lies to the south of Darlington on the River Tees, close to its meeting point with the River Skerne, and immediately adjoins the village of Hurworth Place, which forms part of the same civil parish.
Redmarshall is a village and civil parish in the borough of Stockton-on-Tees and ceremonial county of County Durham, England. The population as of the 2011 census was 287. Redmarshall is situated to the west of Stockton-on-Tees, just north of the A66 road which is one of the main trunk routes through Teesside. It is home to the Church of Saint Cuthbert and a pub called The Ship. It has a green in the centre and roads such as Church Lane, Coniston Crescent and Windermere Avenue, named after waters in the Lake District. Ferguson Way is the newest addition to the village. A small wood is a short way out of the village and down a bank past Ferguson Way. There is a new housing estate called the langtons being built on the old remains of the mains care home.

The school is part of the Education Village Academy Trust.
