Emmanuel Dapidran Pacquiao Sr.,, better known as Manny Pacquiao, is a Filipino politician and former professional boxer. Nicknamed "PacMan", he is regarded as one of the greatest professional boxers of all time. He has been serving as a senator of the Philippines since 2016, and as party president of the ruling party PDP–Laban since 2020. He was the representative of Sarangani from 2010 to 2016.

Gerónimo "Gerry" Peñalosa is a Filipino former professional boxer who competed from 1989 to 2010. He is a two-weight world champion, having held the WBC and lineal super flyweight titles from 1997 to 1998, and the WBO bantamweight title from 2007 to 2009. Originally from the city of San Carlos, Negros Occidental, Peñalosa currently resides in Manila. He was trained mainly by Freddie Roach, and went on to become a boxing trainer himself after retirement. Peñalosa's older brother, Dodie Boy Peñalosa, is also a former boxer and world champion.

Nordine Oubaali is a French professional boxer who held the WBC bantamweight title from 2019 to May 2021. As an amateur he won a bronze medal in the light-flyweight division at the 2007 World Championships.
