On December 11, 2009, Republic Act No. 9849 declared Eidul Adha as a regular holiday. [44] Also amending Executive Order No. 292, also known as The Administrative Code of 1987, the following are regular and special days shall be observed. The EDSA Revolution Anniversary was proclaimed since 2002 as a special nonworking holiday. [45] On February 25, 2004, Republic Act No. 9256 declared every August 21 as a special nonworking holiday to be known as Ninoy Aquino Day. [46] Note that in the list, holidays in bold are "regular holidays" and those in italics are "nationwide special days".

Araneta City, formerly and still commonly known as Araneta Center, is a 35-hectare (86-acre) transit oriented, commercial mixed-use urban development in Quezon City, Philippines. Situated in Barangay Socorro in Cubao, and at the intersection of two major roads, Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Aurora Boulevard, the area offers retail, dining, entertainment, residential, office, lodging and parking facilities throughout the complex and hosts over 1 million people daily, due to its close proximity to transport terminals, including the railway stations of the MRT Line 3 and the LRT Line 2.

The Araneta Coliseum, also currently known by naming rights sponsorship as Smart Araneta Coliseum, is an indoor multi-purpose sports arena that is part of the Araneta City in the Cubao area of Quezon City, Philippines. Nicknamed as "the Big Dome", it is one of the largest indoor arenas in Asia, and one of the largest clear span domes in the world. The dome measures approximately 108.0 meters (354.3 ft) making it the largest dome in Asia from its opening in 1960 until 2001 when it was surpassed by the Ōita Stadium in Japan with a dome measuring 274.0 meters (899.0 ft).

Gateway Mall is a shopping mall in the Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines. Owned and operated by the Araneta City, Inc., a subsidiary of the Araneta Group, the mall was completed in 2004 and currently has 300,000 m2 (3,200,000 sq ft) of total floor area, making the mall one of largest in the Philippines. The Gateway Mall also currently sits on the northern area of the Araneta City, located at the northern end of the Araneta Coliseum and attracts over 220,000 shoppers daily, due to its close proximity to transport terminals and train stations.

The New Frontier Theater, known as the Kia Theatre between 2015 and 2018, is a multi-purpose theater and events hall in Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The theater first opened on May 27, 1967, and primarily served as a multi-purpose theater and is also blended as a movie theater and a skating rink. The theater current has a 2,385 seating capacity, and is used for a variety of events, ranging from performing and visual arts, local and international concerts, and fan meet-up gatherings.

The Newport Performing Arts Theater (NPAT), also known as simply Newport Theater, is a performing arts center on the grounds of Newport World Resorts in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a modern multi-purpose theater named after its location in the Newport Mall and entertainment complex connected to the integrated resort in the 25-hectare (62-acre) Newport City township. The 1,500-seat facility opened in 2010 and holds the widest stage in the Philippines. It is one of the three major performing arts venues in Metro Manila that plays host to both touring and locally-produced musicals, live stage shows, concerts, and regular televised events such as awards ceremonies and pageants.

Seda is a Philippine brand of hotels owned and operated by Ayala Land Hotels and Resorts, a subsidiary of Ayala Corporation. The first hotel under the Seda brand began operations in 2012 with the opening of Seda BGC at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. The hotel chain has 11 branches as of 2020, all located in the Philippines.
