The 2018 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) season is the second season of the Premier Volleyball League (15th season of the former Shakey's V-League). [1] [2] There are three indoor conferences for this season. [3]

Final round

The number 1 seeded Sta. Elena-NU pulled out of the conference after advancing in the semi-finals to represent the Philippines in the 2018 ASEAN University Games in Myanmar. Cignal HD Spikers and Philippine Air Force Aguilas will play a one-game knockout match to determine the team that will face the PLDT Home Power Hitters in the finals. PLDT has twice-to-beat advantage in the finals. [13]

PVL on Tour

The Premier Volleyball League’s “PVL on Tour” staged by Sports Vision and Grid Athletic Sports, organizer of the immensely successful Beach Volleyball Republic, the October tour of the PVL marks the first time ever in its storied history that Sports Vision is bringing its games to the countryside. [17] Matches were held in the Bren Z. Guiao Sports Complex in City of San Fernando, Pampanga. [18]

The Perlas Spikers, also known as the BanKo Perlas Spikers are a professional women's volleyball team playing in the Premier Volleyball League. The team is owned by Beach Volleyball Republic.

Philippine Air Force Air Spikers

The Philippine Air Force Air Spikers is the official men's volleyball team of the Philippine Air Force. The team is composed of enlisted personnel and reinforced with civilian players.

The Philippine Army Troopers is the official men's volleyball team of the Philippine Army. The team is composed of enlisted personnel and reinforced with civilian players from time to time.

The following is a list of award recipients of Premier Volleyball League, a collegiate women's volleyball league in the Philippines founded in 2004.

The 2018 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference was the fourth conference of the Premier Volleyball League. Conference will start on April 27, 2018 with a Grand Fans Day at the Trinoma Activity Center, Quezon City, 9 days before its opening ceremonies and games on May 6, 2018 at the Filoil Flying V Centre, San Juan City, Philippines. PLDT returns as PayMaya after two years of absence in the league and newcomer teams, Tacloban Fighting Warays and Petro Gazz Angels are expected to join the league.
Teams will play a single round robin in the preliminary round. The top two teams after the preliminary round will automatically enter the semifinals round. The bottom teams after the preliminary round will play a single round robin to determine the two teams that will advance to the semifinals round.

Petro Gazz Angels

The Petro Gazz Angels are a professional women's volleyball team playing in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL).

The 2018 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference is the sixth conference of the Premier Volleyball League. The conference started on September 22, 2018 at the Filoil Flying V Centre, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The 2019 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) season is the third season of the Premier Volleyball League that started on May 26, 2019 and ended on November 9, 2019 at the Filoil Flying V Center in San Juan.

The 2018 Spikers’ Turf Open Conference is the revival conference of the Spikers' Turf. After the 2016 season of the Spikers' Turf, its affiliate league, the Premier Volleyball League (PVL), assumed the tournaments of the Spikers' Turf under its men's division until the collegiate conference of year 2018. The tournament began on October 6, 2018 at the Blue Eagle Gym, Ateneo de Manila University campus, Quezon City, Philippines.

The 2019 Premier Volleyball League Collegiate Conference was the ninth conference of the Premier Volleyball League. The conference started on August 17, 2019 and ended on October 12, 2019 at the Filoil Flying V Centre, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines. Defending champions University of the Philippines skipped this conference, while reigning University Athletic Association of the Philippines champion Ateneo de Manila University returned after sitting out the 2018 collegiate conference.

The 2019 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference is the eight conference of the Premier Volleyball League. The conference started on August 11, 2019 and ended on November 9, 2019 at the Filoil Flying V Centre, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines. Philippine Air Force Women's Volleyball Team returned in action and two new teams joined the conference named Chef's Classics Lady Red Spikers and Choco Mucho Flying Titans.

The following is the list of award recipients of the Spikers' Turf volleyball tournament in the Philippines, founded in 2015.

The Cignal HD Spikers are a professional volleyball club in the Philippines playing in the Philippine Super Liga (PSL) and the Spikers' Turf. The club is owned by Cignal TV, Inc., a subsidiary of MediaQuest Holdings, Inc., a PLDT company.

Bryan Bagunas is a Filipino volleyball player who plays for Oita Miyoshi Weisse Adler and the Philippine national team.
