The 2022 Baku FIA Formula 2 round was a motor racing event held between 10 and 12 June 2022 at the Baku City Circuit, Baku, Azerbaijan. It was the sixth round of the 2022 FIA Formula 2 Championship and was held in support of the 2022 Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
Jüri Vips took his second pole position of the year for Hitech Grand Prix, ahead of fellow Red Bull Junior Team drivers Liam Lawson and Dennis Hauger. [1]

Ralph Boschung is a Swiss racing driver currently competing in the 2023 FIA Formula 2 Championship for Campos Racing. He is a race winner in the GP3 Series and has previously competed in Formula 2 from 2017 to 2023, for Campos, MP Motorsport and Trident.
Jehan Daruvala is an Indian racing driver currently driving for MP Motorsport in Formula 2 and acting as reserve driver for the Mahindra Racing Formula E team. He was a protégé of the Force India F1 team, after being one of three winners of a 'One in a Billion hunt' organized by the team in 2011. He is also a former member of the Red Bull Junior Team.
Jüri Vips is an Estonian professional racing driver who last competed in the FIA Formula 2 Championship with Hitech Grand Prix. He is the 2017 ADAC Formula 4 champion, and formerly a member of the Red Bull Junior Team.
Liam Lawson is a New Zealand motor racing driver who currently competes in the 2023 Super Formula Championship with Team Mugen. Lawson, who is mentored by three-time New Zealand Grand Prix winner Ken Smith, previously competed for the Carlin team in the FIA Formula 2 Championship. He is a previous Toyota Racing Series champion and member of the Red Bull Junior Team, In 2021, he also raced for the Red Bull AF Corse team in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters, partnering Alex Albon, narrowly missing out on the championship in the last round.
Dennis Hauger is a Norwegian racing driver currently competing in the 2023 FIA Formula 2 Championship with MP Motorsport. He is a member of the Red Bull Junior Team and the 2021 FIA Formula 3 champion. He also won the 2019 Italian F4 Championship with Van Amersfoort Racing.
Théo Jérôme Julien Pourchaire is a French racing driver currently competing in the 2023 FIA Formula 2 Championship for the ART Grand Prix team and the reigning Formula 2 vice-champion. He is currently a member of the Sauber Academy and serves as a test and reserve driver for Alfa Romeo Racing.
