The 2022 Barcelona Formula 2 round was a motor racing event held between 20 and 22 May 2022 at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. It was the fourth round of the 2022 Formula 2 Championship and was held in support of the 2022 Spanish Grand Prix.
Jack Doohan took his second pole position of the year for Virtuosi Racing, ahead of Jüri Vips and Frederik Vesti. [1] Ralph Boschung was forced to miss the rest of the round due to neck pain. [2]

Ralph Boschung is a Swiss racing driver currently competing in the 2023 FIA Formula 2 Championship for Campos Racing. He is a race winner in the GP3 Series and has previously competed in Formula 2 from 2017 to 2022, for Campos, MP Motorsport and Trident.
Richard Bastiaan Verschoor is a Dutch racing driver currently competing for Van Amersfoort Racing in the Formula 2 Championship. Verschoor graduated to Formula 2 in 2021 with MP Motorsport before switching to Charouz Racing System, and moved to Trident for 2022 after two years in the FIA Formula 3 Championship with MP Motorsport.
Felipe Drugovich Roncato is a Brazilian-Italian racing driver who last competed in the FIA Formula 2 Championship with MP Motorsport. He is the 2018 Euroformula Open champion and the 2022 Formula 2 champion, as well as the current test and reserve driver for Aston Martin and McLaren in Formula 1.
