It was the fourth round of the 2018 FIA Formula 2 Championship and ran in support of the 2018 Monaco Grand Prix.
Arthur Leclerc is a Monégasque racing driver who currently competes in the 2024 European Le Mans Series for Panis Racing. He is the younger brother of Scuderia Ferrari Formula One driver Charles Leclerc, and a former member of Ferrari Driver Academy.
