Isack Hadjar won back-to-back Feature Races from pole-sitter Bortoleto. The podium was completed by Joshua Dürksen, who gave his team, AIX Racing, their first ever Formula 2 podium while also becoming the first Paraguayan driver both to score points and to achieve a top 3 finish in Formula 2. [5]

The Imola Circuit, officially called the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari, is a 4.909 km (3.050 mi) motor racing circuit. It is located in the town of Imola, in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, 40-kilometre (25 mi) east of Bologna. It is one of the few major international circuits to run in an anti-clockwise direction. Initially used for motorcycle racing, the first race at Imola was held in 1953. The circuit has an FIA Grade One licence. The circuit is named after the founder of the Ferrari car company, Enzo Ferrari (1898–1988), and his son Alfredo "Dino" Ferrari (1932–1956). It was called the Autodromo di Imola from 1953 to 1956 and the Autodromo Dino Ferrari from 1957 to 1988.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">FIA Formula 3 Championship</span> Single-Seater Racing Championship

The FIA Formula 3 Championship is a third-tier international single-seater racing championship and organised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The championship launched in 2019 as a feeder series for the FIA Formula 1 World Championship and FIA Formula 2 Championships. It was the result of a merger between two third-tier single-seater racing championships, the GP3 Series and the FIA Formula 3 European Championship as it was announced on 10 March 2018. The championship is part of the FIA Global Pathway consolidation project plan. Unlike its predecessor, the Formula 3 European Championship, the series runs exclusively in support of Formula One races.

Franco Alejandro Colapinto is an Argentine racing driver who is currently competing in the 2024 Formula 2 Championship with MP Motorsport. He previously competed in the FIA Formula 3 for the same team, finishing fourth in that year. He is the 2019 F4 Spanish champion and a race winner in the European Le Mans Series. He is a member of the Williams Driver Academy.

Isack Alexandre Hadjar is a French–Algerian racing driver who is currently competing in the 2024 FIA Formula 2 Championship with Campos Racing. He previously competed in the 2023 Formula 2 Championship for Hitech Pulse–Eight. He also previously competed in the FIA Formula 3 Championship for Hitech, ending the season in fourth place. He was the 2021 Formula Regional European rookie champion and is a member of the Red Bull Junior Team.

Oliver James Bearman is a British racing driver who is currently competing in the FIA Formula 2 Championship for Prema Racing. He is a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy, as well as being a reserve driver for both Scuderia Ferrari and Haas F1 Team in Formula One. He made his Formula One debut for Ferrari in the 2024 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, substituting for Carlos Sainz Jr., before signing a contract with Haas four months later to make his full-season debut in 2025 on a multi-year deal.

It was the seventh round of the 2024 Formula One World Championship. Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing took pole position and won the race over Lando Norris of McLaren and Charles Leclerc of Ferrari. Verstappen crossed the finish line 0.725 seconds ahead of Norris, who had closed the gap between them during the final laps of the race.
