The European Judo Championships is the Judo European Championship organized by the European Judo Union. The 2015 and 2019 editions were held during the respective European Games. This is also expected for future editions of the European Games.
The 2011 World Judo Championships were held at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy in Paris, France from 23 to 28 August.
The 2014 World Judo Championships were held in Chelyabinsk, Russia, from 25 to 31 August 2014, in the Traktor Ice Arena. Each participating country was permitted to present a total of 18 men and women judokas to participate in the 14 weight categories, but no more than two judokas from the same country were allowed to fight in the same category.
The 2015 European Judo Championships were organised by the European Judo Union. Initially it was planned that championships will be held in Glasgow, Scotland, from 9 to 12 April 2015. On 21 February 2015, it was announced that competition would be held in Baku, Azerbaijan, during the 2015 European Games. The individual contests took place on 25–27 June 2015.
The 2017 European U23 Judo Championships is an edition of the European U23 Judo Championships, organised by the European Judo Union. It was held in Morača Sports Center, Podgorica, Montenegro from 10–12 November 2017.
Timna Nelson-Levy is an Israeli Olympic judoka. She competes in the under 57 kg weight category and represented Israel at the 2020 Summer Olympics, winning a bronze medal in the mixed team event. In European Championships, she won a gold medal in 2022 and bronze in 2016 and 2024. Nelson-Levy represented Israel at the 2024 Paris Olympics in judo in the women's 57 kg, coming in ninth, and in the mixed team event, at when Team Israel came in ninth.
The 2018 European U23 Judo Championships were the edition of the European U23 Judo Championships, organised by the European Judo Union. It was held in Győr, Hungary from 2–4 November 2018.
The 2019 European Judo Championships were held in Minsk, Belarus from 22 to 25 June 2019 during the 2019 European Games.
The 2019 European U23 Judo Championships were the edition of the European U23 Judo Championships, organised by the European Judo Union. It was held in Izhevsk, Russia from 1–3 November 2019.
The 2020 European Judo Championships were held in Prague, Czech Republic from 19 to 21 November 2020.

Raz Hershko is an Israeli Olympic silver medalist and European champion judoka. She was the 2015 European U18 Champion, the 2017 European U23 championships silver medalist, and won a bronze medal in the 2023 world championships. She competed for Israel at the 2020 Summer Olympics, winning a bronze medal in mixed team. She is the 2024 European Champion. Representing Israel at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Hershko won the silver medal in judo in the women's +78 kg, and also competed in the mixed team event, in which Team Israel came in ninth.
The Israel national judo team consists of the men's team coached by Olympic medalist Oren Smadja and the women's team coached by Shany Hershko(he). It is assembled by the Israel Judo Association.
The World Judo Juniors Championships are the highest level of international judo competition for juniors, 21 years of age or less. The championships are held once every year by the International Judo Federation, and qualified judoka compete in their respective categories as representatives of their home countries. The World Juniors Championships are the only junior event awarding ranking points for the seniors world ranking list. The last edition of the championships took place in Odivelas, Portugal in 2023.
The 2021 European U23 Judo Championships were an edition of the European U23 Judo Championships, organised by the European Judo Union. It was held in Budapest, Hungary from 5–7 November 2021. The final day of competition featured the inaugural U23 European Championships mixed team event, won by ream Georgia.
The European Cadet Judo Championships are annual judo competitions organized by the European Judo Union for European judoka aged 18 and younger.
The 2021 World Judo Juniors Championships was held between 6 and 10 October 2021 in Olbia, Italy. On its last day, the contest featured the 2021 World Juniors Mixed Team Championships.

The 2017 World Judo Juniors Championships was an edition of the World Judo Juniors Championships, organised by the International Judo Federation. It was held in Zagreb, Croatia from 18–21 October 2017. The final day of competition featured a mixed team event, won by team Japan.
The 2024 European Judo Championships was held at the Arena Zagreb in Zagreb, Croatia, from 25 to 28 April 2024 as part of the IJF World Tour and during the 2024 Summer Olympics qualification period.
