The 2011–12 season was Ludogorets Razgrad's first season in the A Football Group. The competition began on 9 August 2023 with the preliminary round and finished with the final on 15 May 2024. Ludogorets Razgrad were the defending cup winners, which reached the final for second consecutive year. They were defeated there by Botev Plovdiv, which won their fourth cup in their history. As cup winners Botev qualified for the 2024–25 UEFA Europa League first qualifying round.
