The 2023 Greek Basketball Super Cup is the 4th edition of the revived Greek professional domestic basketball super cup competition, under the auspices of the Hellenic Basketball Clubs Association (HEBA), and the 5th overall. [1] The Greek Basketball Super Cup had been played only four times before, in 1986 under the auspices of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.), in 2020, 2021, and 2022. The competition will be played in a final-four format and single elimination games, between the teams placed in the four first places of the 2022–23 Greek Basket League, which include the 2022–23 Greek Basketball Cup winner and finalist. [9]

Dimitris Saravakos, nicknamed "the Kid", is a Greek former professional footballer who played as a forward. Saravakos is widely considered to be one of the greatest Greek footballers of all time and a Panathinaikos' legend. The IFFHS chose him in the best XI of all time of Greek football in 2021.
Dimitrios "Mimis" Papaioannou was a Greek professional footballer, who played as a forward, mostly for AEK Athens and a manager. Widely regarded as the greatest Greek footballer of his generation and one of the best players of all time in Greece, as he was named the best Greek footballer of the 20th Century by the IFFHS.
Olympiacos Men's Waterpolo, commonly referred to as Olympiacos, Olympiacos Piraeus or with its full name as Olympiacos CFP, is the professional men's water polo department of the major Greek multi-sport club, Olympiacos CFP, based in Piraeus, Greece. The department was founded in 1925, one of the founding members of the Hellenic Swimming Federation, and their home ground is the Papastrateio Pool in Piraeus.
