    The Big Ten Conference is the oldest NCAA Division I collegiate athletic conference in the United States. Founded as the Intercollegiate Conference of Faculty Representatives in 1896, it predates the founding of its regulating organization, the NCAA. It is based in the Chicago area in Rosemont, Illinois.     The Big Ten Football Championship Game is a college football game held by the Big Ten Conference each year to determine the conference's season champion. The game, held after the regular season has been completed, currently matches the top two teams in the conference standings.     The 2020 Clemson Tigers women's soccer team represented Clemson University during the 2020 NCAA Division I women's soccer season. The Tigers were led by head coach Ed Radwanski, in his tenth season. The Tigers home games were played at Riggs Field. This was the team's 27th season playing organized soccer. All of those seasons were played in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

    The 2019 Syracuse Orange women's soccer team represented Syracuse University during the 2019 NCAA Division I women's soccer season. The Orange were led by head coach Nicky Adams, in her first season. They played home games at SU Soccer Stadium. This is the team's 23rd season playing organized women's college soccer, and their 7th playing in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

    The 2021–22 USC Trojans women's basketball team represented the University of Southern California during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Trojans played their home games at the Galen Center and areweremembers of the Pac-12 Conference. The squad is led by first-year head coach Lindsay Gottlieb, who was hired on May 10, 2021. Prior to arriving at USC, Gottlieb served as an assistant coach for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Her previous head coaching experience includes stops at California, whom she led to the Final Four in 2013, and UC Santa Barbara.

    The 2021–22 USC Trojans men's basketball team represented the University of Southern California during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Trojans are led by 9th-year head coach Andy Enfield and played their home games at the Galen Center for the 16th season in Los Angeles as members of the Pac-12 Conference. They finished the season 26–8, 14–6 in Pac-12 Play to finish in third place. As the No. 3 seed in the Pac-12 tournament, they defeated Washington in the quarterfinals before losing in the semifinals to UCLA. They received an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament as the No. 7 seed in the Midwest Region, where they lost in the First Round to Miami (FL).

    The 2021 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament was the 40th edition of the NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament, a postseason tournament to determine the national champion of NCAA Division I women's college soccer. The College Cup was played on December 3 and December 6. It was originally set to be played in San Jose, California, but was moved to Stevens Stadium due to a conflict with the MLS playoffs schedule.

This was the 30th season of the university fielding a women's soccer program, during all of which they have been members of the Atlantic Coast Conference. The Seminoles were led by third-year head coach Brian Pensky, and played their home games at Seminole Soccer Complex. The Seminoles entered the season as defending ACC Regular Season, ACC Tournament, and NCAA Tournament champions.

    The 2024 Wake Forest Demon Deacons women's soccer team represents Wake Forest University during the 2024 NCAA Division I women's soccer season. The Demon Deacons are led by head coach Tony Da Luz, in his twenty-eighth season. They play their home games at Spry Stadium in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This is the team's 30th season playing organized women's college soccer, all of which have been played in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

    The 2024 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament will be the 43rd edition of the NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament, a postseason tournament to determine the national champion of NCAA Division I women's college soccer. The College Cup will be played on December 6 and December 9 at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, North Carolina and televised on ESPNU.
