Navy Captain (retired) Anthony Udofia served as Administrator of Osun State,Nigeria from December 1993 to August 1996 during the military regime of General Sani Abacha. [1] He was reported to have harassed his predecessor,Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke,stalling his business plans and bugging his telephones. [2] He set up a four-man judicial panel of inquiry,convened on 18 April 1994,to investigate allegations that Adeleke had ordered materials bought for water projects to be sold off to contractors. [3] A severe rainstorm in September 1994 destroyed 400 school buildings across the state. Udofia said that N1 billion would be needed to rehabilitate the schools. [4]
As a former military administrator,he was required to retire from the navy in June 1999 at the start of the Nigerian Fourth Republic. [5]
Ọlagunsoye Oyinlọla is a retired Nigerian general,he became governor of Osun State,Nigeria in May 2003,and was reelected in 2007. He was a member of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). On 26 November 2010 a court of appeals nullified his election. He later defected to the APC shortly before the 2014 Osun State governorship election. He was former military administrator of Lagos State.

He was then appointed administrator of Delta State in August 1998 during the transitional regime of General Abdulsalami Abubakar,handing over to the elected civilian governor James Ibori on 29 May 1999. In June 1999,all former military administrators in the Abacha and Abubakar regimes were retired by the Federal Government,including Walter Feghabo.

When he took over Bauchi only three the 20 local government areas had electricity. Mshelia made few improvements during his brief term in office,but managed the elections for the first administration of the Nigerian Fourth Republic successfully,handing over to Alhaji Ahmadu Adamu Mu'azu on the 29 May 1999. In June 1999 Mshelia was required to retire,as were all former military administrators.
Air Commodore (retired) Ibrahim Dada was Administrator of Borno State,Nigeria from December 1993 to August 1996,during the military administration of General Sani Abacha. He was a Group Captain when he was appointed governor. A pragmatic man,he made his priority,the completion of all viable projects that his predecessors had started before considering any new projects. In June 1999,he was required to retire,as were all other former military administrators.

Colonel (retired) Jibril Bala Yakubu was the first Administrator of Zamfara State after it was created from part of Sokoto State in October 1996,holding office until the return to democracy in May 1999 during the military regimes of Generals Sani Abacha and Abdulsalami Abubakar. As Zamfara administrator,Yakubu created five Emirates in the state and eleven new District Councils. After handing over to the civilian governor Ahmed Sani Yerima in May 1999,as a former military administrator he was required to retire from the army.
