Agusan del Norte, officially the Province of Agusan del Norte, is a province in the Caraga region of the Philippines. Its de jure capital is the city of Cabadbaran with several government offices located in the highly-urbanized city of Butuan, which is the largest city and its de facto capital as well as the regional center of Caraga Region. It is bordered on the northwest by Butuan Bay; northeast by Surigao del Norte; mid-east by Surigao del Sur; southeast by Agusan del Sur, and southwest by Misamis Oriental.

Agusan del Norte's at-large congressional district is a congressional district that encompasses the province of Agusan del Norte in the Philippines. It was declared an official district in the House of Representatives from 1969 to 1972 and in the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. The province of Agusan del Norte was created as a result of the partition of Agusan province in 1967, where Agusan del Norte encompasses the northern part of the area.
Agusan del Norte's 1st congressional district is a congressional district for the House of Representatives of the Philippines in the province of Agusan del Norte. It is one of only two districts in the province in existence since 1987. The district covers the independent city of Butuan and its neighbor, the municipality of Las Nieves. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Lawrence Fortun of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
The 2025 Philippine House of Representatives elections will be the 37th lower house elections in the Philippines, scheduled to be held on May 12, 2025, within the 2025 Philippine general election.
