Cuba competed at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, from July 10 to 26, 2015. [1]
Greco-Roman wrestler Mijaín López was the flagbearer of the team during the opening ceremony. [2] For first time since 1971, Cuba finished outside the top 2 places, struggling to the 4th position. This Cuba's participation made a breakpoint in Cuban sports, starting a period of decline in the successive games.
