Devi Sri Prasad, commonly known by his initials DSP, is an Indian music composer, singer, and lyricist primarily known for his work in Telugu cinema, along with Tamil cinema. He has received numerous accolades, including a National Film Award, a Nandi Award, ten Filmfare Awards, seven SIIMA Awards, and five CineMAA Awards.
Bandreddi Sukumar is an Indian film director, screenwriter, and producer who works in Telugu cinema. He is known for his complex, multi-layered screenplays and for infusing grey shades into the characterisation of his protagonists. Sukumar is also one of the highest-paid directors in Indian cinema.
1: Nenokkadine is a 2014 Indian Telugu-language action thriller film directed by Sukumar. The film was produced by Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta and Anil Sunkara on 14 Reels Entertainment banner and was distributed by Eros International. The film stars Mahesh Babu and Kriti Sanon in lead roles. Nassar, Pradeep Rawat and Kelly Dorji appear in supporting roles. Mahesh Babu's son, Gautham Krishna, made his debut in the film as a younger version of the protagonist. 1: Nenokkadine revolves around the search by Gautham, a rock musician with schizophrenia, missing 25 percent of his brain's grey matter for his parents with the help of his girlfriend Sameera, a journalist.

DJ: Duvvada Jagannadham is a 2017 Indian Telugu-language action comedy film directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations. The film stars Allu Arjun, alongside Pooja Hegde, Rao Ramesh, Subbaraju, Murali Sharma, Vennela Kishore Posani Krishna Murali, Tanikella Bharani and Chandra Mohan. The music was composed by Devi Sri Prasad, while the cinematography and editing were handled by Ayananka Bose and Chota K. Prasad.

On 17 February 2021, the soundtrack album was released digitally on the Aditya Music label. "Nee Kannu Neeli Samudram" and "Jala Jala Jalapaatham Nuvvu" are the biggest hits of the album. After a brief setback, Devi Sri Prasad reclaimed success through the album.
