The KL Monorail Line is one of the operational monorail systems in Malaysia. Operated as part of the RapidKL system by Rapid Rail, a subsidiary of Prasarana Malaysia, it is one of the components of the Klang Valley Integrated Transit System. The line is numbered 8 and coloured light green on official transit maps.

The primary tourist attraction is Resorts World Genting, a hill resort where casinos and theme parks are situated, and gambling is allowed.
The Las Vegas Monorail is a 3.9-mile (6.3 km) automated monorail mass transit system located adjacent to the Las Vegas Strip, in Clark County, Nevada, United States. It connects several large casinos in the unincorporated communities of Paradise and Winchester, and does not enter the City of Las Vegas. Built at a cost of $650 million, it was privately owned and operated by the Las Vegas Monorail Company until their 2020 bankruptcy when it was sold to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, a local government agency. In 2013, total annual ridership was roughly 4.2 million, down from a pre-Great Recession peak of 7.9 million in 2007. The monorail is a registered not-for-profit corporation, allowed under Nevada law since the monorail provides a public service. The State of Nevada assisted in bond financing, but no public money was used in construction.

The Sunway Monorail, alternately SunTrek 2000 was a Malaysian monorail system that operated within the vicinity of Sunway City, Subang Jaya, Selangor, west from the country's capital city, Kuala Lumpur. The system included a single looped line with three stations around Sunway City, and was the second monorail system to operate in Malaysia following the Genting Monorail, and the first public monorail in the country, opening in 2000 and predating the launch of the Kuala Lumpur Monorail by three years.

118 Mall, previously known as MERDEKA @ 118, is a seven-storey glass domed shopping mall currently under construction located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The name "118" was derived from the number of floors in the Merdeka 118 tower having at least 118 storeys. The mall is currently being developed and owned by PNB Merdeka Ventures Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), which is also the developer for the Merdeka 118. It is a 1.4-million-square-foot (0.13-million-square-metre) mall situated at the foot of the Merdeka 118 tower and will serve its precinct.
The SamaWorld Theme Park and Destination Resort is an abandoned theme park development in Genting Highlands, Pahang, Malaysia. Planning began in the 1980s and construction started in the 1990s but the project was never completed.
