The governor of Laguna (Filipino : Punong Lalawigan ng Laguna) is the highest political office in the province of Laguna, Philippines. The governor holds office at the Laguna Provincial Capitol in Santa Cruz, Laguna and alternatively at the Laguna Provincial Capitol Extension in Calamba, Laguna.

In the Philippines, provinces are one of its primary political and administrative divisions. There are 82 provinces at present, which are further subdivided into component cities and municipalities. The local government units in the National Capital Region, as well as independent cities, are independent of any provincial government. Each province is governed by an elected legislature called the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and an elected governor.
Rizal, officially the Province of Rizal, is a province in the Philippines located in the Calabarzon region in Luzon. Its capital is the city of Antipolo. Maguindanao was a province of the Philippines located in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). From 2014 to 2022, its provincial capital was Buluan, but the legislative branch of government, the Maguindanao Provincial Board, convened at the old provincial capitol in Sultan Kudarat. Teresita Santiago Lazaro commonly known as Ningning Lazaro is a Filipina educator, businesswoman, and politician who served as the governor of Laguna from 2001 to 2010. Previously, she served as Vice Governor of the province from 1995 until 2001, member of the Laguna Provincial Board from the 2nd District from 1992 until 1995, Vice Mayor of Calamba, Laguna from 1988 until 1992, and the member of the Calamba Municipal Council from 1986 until 1988.

He is the son of actor George Estregan and the nephew of former President and former Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada.
Agnes Almendras Magpale is Filipina educator and politician from Cebu, Philippines. In 2010, she became a Cebu Provincial Board Member, acting Vice Governor, and acting Governor within a single three-year electoral term through succession. She assumed the Vice Governor post upon the death of incumbent Gregorio Sanchez Jr. in 2010 and became acting Governor when Gwendolyn Garcia was suspended in 2012.
Ramil Laurel Hernandez is a Filipino politician from Calamba, Laguna. He currently serves as the Governor of Laguna since 2014. He previously served as Sanguniang Kabataan Chairman of Barangay Mabato in Calamba, Laguna, a councilor of Calamba, a board member, and Vice Governor of Laguna. He was elevated to Governor following the disqualification of E.R. Ejercito in 2014. He was first elected as Governor in 2016 and was re-elected in 2019 and 2022.

The Maguindanao division plebiscite was held in the province of Maguindanao, Philippines, on September 17, 2022, more than four months after the May 9 national and local elections, after having been postponed from its planned plebiscite in or before August 2021. As required by Republic Act No. 11550, it was conducted to seek the consent of the residents of Maguindanao on the proposal to divide the province into two separate provinces that will henceforth be named Maguindanao del Norte and Maguindanao del Sur.
