<i>Earthworm Jim 2</i> 1995 video game

Earthworm Jim 2 is a 1995 run and gun platform video game and the sequel to Earthworm Jim, and the second and final game in the Earthworm Jim series developed by original creators Doug TenNapel, David Perry and Shiny Entertainment. It was released in late 1995 and early 1996 depending on region and video game console, initially being released for the Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo Entertainment System, before being ported to other platforms.

<i>Aero the Acro-Bat</i> 1993 video game

Aero the Acro-Bat is a 1993 video game developed by Iguana Entertainment and published by Sunsoft. It was released for both the Super Nintendo Entertainment System and Sega Genesis. Aero the Acro-Bat, a red anthropomorphic bat, was created by David Siller. In 2002, Metro 3D released a version of the game for the Game Boy Advance, with a battery back-up. The GBA version was titled Aero The Acro-Bat - Rascal Rival Revenge in Europe and Acrobat Kid in Japan. The Super NES version of the game was released on the Wii's Virtual Console in the PAL region and North America in July 2010. The Super NES version was re-released in August 2024 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, alongside a new localization in Japanese made by Shinyuden as Aero: Acrobat Kid for the Nintendo Switch users in Japan, while the GBA version re-release for the same platforms is scheduled to be released in November of the same year.

<i>Aero the Acro-Bat 2</i> 1994 video game

Aero the Acro-Bat 2 is a platform game developed by Iguana Entertainment, and published by Sunsoft as the sequel of Aero the Acro-Bat. It was released for the Sega Genesis in April 1994 then for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in November. The game is dedicated to Brazilian racer Ayrton Senna, who died in a crash during a Grand Prix.

Mortal Kombat II is a fighting game originally produced by Midway for the arcades in 1993. It was ported to multiple home systems, including MS-DOS, Amiga, Game Boy, Game Gear, Sega Genesis, 32X, Sega Saturn, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, and PlayStation only in Japan, mostly in licensed versions developed by Probe Software and Sculptured Software and published by Acclaim Entertainment.

<i>Ufouria: The Saga</i> 1991 video game

Ufouria: The Saga is a 1991 action-adventure video game developed and published in Japan and Europe by Sunsoft for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It is the first entry in the Hebereke franchise, where almost every installment in the series features a completely different playstyle. Controlling a humanoid-looking character called Bop-Louie through an interconnected world, the game focuses on exploration and searching for items and power-ups in vein of Metroid and Blaster Master, fighting bosses and minibosses. During gameplay, the player locates the main character's three friends, each of which becomes a playable character and have unique skills that allow the player to reach previously inaccessible areas.

<i>Defender 2000</i> 1996 video game

Defender 2000 is a 1996 scrolling shooter video game developed by Llamasoft and published by Atari Corporation for the Atari Jaguar. Part of Atari's 2000 series of arcade game revivals, it is an update of Eugene Jarvis' arcade game Defender (1981). The premise takes place in a future where the Alpha Promixian empire attack mining settlements on distant resource planets. Gameplay is divided into three modes, with the player acting as part of the System Defense Team commanding the Threshold ship to defeat waves of invading aliens while protecting humans.

<i>Zero the Kamikaze Squirrel</i> 1994 video game

Zero the Kamikaze Squirrel, released years later in Japan as Zero: High Flying Squirrel, is a video game developed by Iguana Entertainment and published by Sunsoft. It is a spin-off/sequel of the Aero the Acro-Bat series. The game was released in 1994 for the Sega Genesis in October and Super NES in November, along with the release of Aero the Acro-Bat 2. A PAL region release for Mega Drive was in July 1995.

<i>Battlemorph</i> 1995 video game

Battlemorph is a 1995 shooter video game developed by Attention to Detail (ATD) and published by Atari Corporation for the Atari Jaguar CD. It is the sequel to Cybermorph (1993), a pack-in game for the Atari Jaguar. Taking place 30 years after the events of the original game, the player pilots the morphing infiltration fighter War Griffon in an extermination mission against the Pernitia empire, which plans to launch a full-scale invasion to eradicate humanity and take over the galaxy after being pushed back to their home planet. The player is tasked with various objectives, while fighting against enemies and bosses, across eight galaxy clusters in order to liberate them from control of the empire.

Dracula - The Undead is a video game released in 1991 for the Atari Lynx handheld system. The game is loosely based on Bram Stoker's novel Dracula and features Bram Stoker in the story as the narrator.

<i>Mortal Kombat</i> (1992 video game) 1992 fighting game

Mortal Kombat is a 1992 fighting game developed and published by Midway. It is the first entry in the Mortal Kombat series and was subsequently released by Acclaim Entertainment for nearly every home platform at that time. The game focuses on several characters of various intentions who enter a martial arts tournament with worldly consequences. It introduced many key aspects of the Mortal Kombat series, including the unique five-button control scheme and gory finishing moves called Fatalities.

Acme Animation Factory is an educational art and graphics video game released by Sunsoft in November 1994 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System.
