Ortigas Center is a central business district located within the joint boundaries of Pasig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City, within the Metro Manila region in the Philippines. With an area of more than 100 hectares, it is Metro Manila's second most important business district after Makati Central Business District. It is governed by Ortigas Center Association, Inc.

Macapagal Boulevard, also known as President Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard and Macapagal Avenue, is an eight-lane road in Metro Manila, Philippines, running parallel to Roxas Boulevard from the Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex in Pasay to Asia World City in Parañaque. It is named after former Philippine President Diosdado Macapagal. This road has three major bridges, crossing the 'channels', of which the largest is the Libertad Channel, where the Libertad Water Pumping Station is situated. After the intersection reconfiguring around EDSA to relieve traffic, Macapagal Boulevard is now often used to access the SM Mall of Asia to the north and Cavite to the south. It is also the main major road in Metro Manila's reclamation area, Bay City.
SM Megamall, is a shopping mall located in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines. Opened in 1991, it is the third SM Supermall, after SM North EDSA and SM City Sta. Mesa. It is the 4th shopping mall owned and developed by SM Prime Holdings, the country's largest shopping mall owner and developer. It is the company's first shopping mall outside Metro Manila and the fifth largest shopping mall in the Philippines. It has a land area of 11.8 hectares and a gross floor area of 495,000 m2 (5,330,000 sq ft)
SM City Fairview is a large shopping mall in the Philippines owned and operated by SM Prime Holdings. It is located along Quirino Highway and Regalado Highway, Quezon City, Metro Manila. It is the third SM Supermall in Quezon City, after SM North EDSA and SM City Sta. Mesa. It has a land area of 202,000 square meters, a total gross floor area of 312,749 square meters (3,366,400 sq ft), making it the fifth largest SM Supermall within the country after SM North EDSA, SM Megamall, SM Seaside City, and SM Mall of Asia as well as the sixth largest shopping mall in the Philippines, in terms of total floor area. Although it is named after the nearby Fairview area or barangay, it is located in Barangay Greater Lagro.
SM City Naga is a shopping mall located at Brgy. Triangulo, Naga City. Located within within the vicinity of Central Business District II, the mall lies along Ninoy and Cory Avenue corner C. Anciano Street, south of the level crossing from Naga Station and Panganiban Drive, north of Central Business District II's commercial zone, such as LCC CBD II and CBD Terminal, and east of Central Business District II's office zone, such as Concentrix Naga Recruitment Site and IBM Naga.
SM Seaside City, is a large shopping mall owned and developed by SM Prime Holdings in South Road Properties, Cebu City, Philippines. The mall opened on November 27, 2015, exactly 22 years after SM City Cebu, another mall also owned by SM Prime in Cebu City, opened in 1993.
SM City Marikina is a shopping mall owned and managed by SM Prime Holdings, and is located in Calumpang, Marikina, Philippines. As part of the chain of SM Supermalls, the mall is owned by Henry Sy, Sr.
SM Estates, are integrated mixed-used developments of SM Prime Holdings. Ayala Malls Manila Bay is a shopping mall in Metro Manila, developed by Ayala Malls, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ayala Corporation. Opened on September 26, 2019, it is the first and only Ayala Mall in Parañaque. It is located in the Aseana City township development, close to PAGCOR's Entertainment City and archrival mall SM Mall of Asia in Central Business Park I of Bay City.
