Notes

  1. Numerous sources stated that the gross floor area of Ayala Malls Bay Area is 400,000 m2 (40 ha) [6] [7] [8]
  2. Conflicting reports: Megamall reclaimed the distinction with the opening of the Mega Fashion Hall which reportedly is 150,000 m². The Fashion Hall was adds to the current mall area which was reported to have measured 392,000 m² at the time of its construction. The combined area would be 542,000 m² based from the reported figures. [13] A later report by Rappler in November 2015 gives a smaller figure saying that Megamall is just 474,000 m² but still the largest at the time of the report. [16] SM City North EDSA reclaimed the title in December 2015 with a reported new area of 498,000 m²
