The following is a list of mayors of the city of Manaus, in Amazonas state, Brazil.
The Academia Brasileira de Letras is a Brazilian literary non-profit society established at the end of the 19th century. The first president, Machado de Assis, declared its foundation on Tuesday, 15 December 1896, with the by-laws being passed on Thursday, 28 January 1897. On Tuesday, 20 July of the same year, the academy started its operation.
The Porto Alegre City Council is the Legislative branch of Porto Alegre. It is composed of 36 councilors who are elected by an open list election. The Council serves as a balance of power against the mayor, as Porto Alegre has a strong mayor-council type of government. Porto Alegre City Council oversees all Executive agencies, departments, and audits municipal public accounts. It has sole authority to decide if Mayor or Deputy Mayor may leave Porto Alegre for a period longer than five days. The Council also approves the Budget Bill. There is no term limit.
Marshal is the highest rank in both the Brazilian Army and the Brazilian Air Force, although the latter is titled marechal-do-ar. These ranks are equivalent to that of grand admiral in the Brazilian Navy. A marshal is distinguished by using five stars, which for a marshal of the air are in the approximate position of Southern Cross and for a marshal in the army, in the form of "X". The five stars of admiral are in the shape of a pentagon.

The Constituent Cortes of 1820, formal title The General and Extraordinary Cortes of the Portuguese Nation, also frequently known as the Sovereign Congress or the Cortes Constituintes Vintistas, was the first modern Portuguese parliament. Created after the Liberal Revolution of 1820 to prepare a constitution for Portugal and its overseas territories, it used a different system from the traditional General Cortes for choosing representatives, and the three traditional feudal estates no longer sat separately. The Cortes sat between January 24, 1821 and November 4, 1822 at the Necessidades Palace in Lisbon. The work of the Constitutional Cortes culminated in the approval of the Portuguese Constitution of 1822.

The Historic and Geographic Institute of Pará, or IHGP, is a private non-profit institution based in the Barão de Guajará Manor House, in the Brazilian city of Belém. It was founded on May 3, 1900, during the celebrations of the 4th Centenary of the discovery of Brazil. The association holds 70 seats occupied by people from Pará's historiography and academic community. It was founded simultaneously with the Academy of Letters of Pará and the Humanitarian League.
The Mayor of Campo Grande is the head of the executive branch of the municipal government in Campo Grande, first established on August 16, 1899, the office has evolved to oversee the administration and governance of the city, which is a key economic and cultural hub in the region. The mayor is responsible for managing public services, implementing policies, and ensuring the well-being of residents. The position is held for a four-year term, with the possibility of one consecutive re-election. The current mayor, Adriane Lopes, took office on April 2, 2022.
