West Branch may refer to:
South Twin Mountain is a mountain located in Grafton County, New Hampshire. The mountain is part of the Twin Range of the White Mountains. South Twin forms the high point of a north-south ridge, with North Twin Mountain lying approximately one mile to the north and Mount Guyot two miles (3 km) to the southeast. Galehead Mountain, a lower spur of South Twin, is to the west.
The Pennacook, also known by the names Penacook and Pennacock, are an Algonquian-speaking, central Abenakian North American people. They are closely related to but not a part of the original Wabanaki Confederacy, which was a French colonial construction that encompassed the eastern Abenakian groups the Miꞌkmaq, Maliseet (Wolastoqey), Passamaquoddy (Peskotomahkati) and Penobscot. The Pennacook and their immediate allies, with whom they married regularly, were the Pawtucket, Piscataqua, Pigwaket, and other peoples of the Saco River. This alliance was culturally, politically, and linguistically distinct from western Abenakian peoples of Vermont like the Sokoki, Cowasuck, Missiquoi, and Arsigantegok, among others.They were also distinct in dialect and territory from the Massachusett and Wampanoag to the south.
The Magalloway River is a river in northwestern Maine and northern New Hampshire in the United States. It is a tributary of the Androscoggin River, which flows to the Kennebec River at Merrymeeting Bay in Maine, near the Atlantic Ocean. The total length of the river is 30 miles (48 km), or 48 miles (77 km) if the distances across intervening lakes are included.
The Dead Diamond River is an 18.7-mile-long (30.1 km) river in northern New Hampshire in the United States. Its water enters the Atlantic Ocean on the coast of Maine by passing through the Magalloway, Androscoggin, and Kennebec rivers.

Mount Carrigain is a mountain located in Grafton County, New Hampshire. The mountain is named after Phillip Carrigain, NH Secretary of State (1805–10), and is on the south side of the Pemigewasset Wilderness, the source of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River in the heart of the White Mountains, between Franconia Notch and Crawford Notch. Carrigain is flanked to the northeast beyond Carrigain's Vose Spur by Mount Anderson and Mount Lowell across Carrigain Notch, and to the southwest by Mount Hancock. It has a fire tower at the summit, providing 360 degree views of the surrounding wilderness.

Part of the Sandwich Range of the White Mountains, it has three distinct peaks – North, Middle, and South – along its mile-long summit ridge. North, at 4,160 ft (1,270 m), is the highest. Scaur Peak and The Fool Killer are subsidiary peaks to the northwest and northeast. To the southeast, Tripyramid is flanked by The Sleepers.
Kinsman Mountain is a mountain located in Grafton County, New Hampshire. It is named after Nathan Kinsman, an early resident of Easton, New Hampshire, and is part of the Kinsman Range of the White Mountains. To the northeast, Kinsman is connected by The Cannon Balls ridge to Cannon Mountain.
Sandwich Mountain is a 3,983 ft (1,214 m) mountain located on the border between Carroll and Grafton counties, New Hampshire spanning parts of the towns of Sandwich and Waterville Valley, respectively. The mountain is part of the Sandwich Range of the White Mountains.
The Sleepers are two mountain peaks, East Sleeper 3,855 ft (1,175 m) and West Sleeper 3,881 ft (1,183 m), located within the Sandwich Range Wilderness in Grafton County, New Hampshire. Part of the Sandwich Range of the White Mountains, they are flanked to the northwest by Mount Tripyramid, to the northeast by Mount Passaconaway, and to the southeast by Mount Whiteface. The Kate Sleeper Trail passes close by both peaks.
