This is a list of toll roads in Indonesia grouped per province. Partially opened, under-construction, and proposed toll roads are listed in italics.
The toll roads are operated by state-owned enterprises, mainly by Jasa Marga, Hutama Karya, Waskita Toll Road, and various private companies like Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada and Astra Infra. All operators are under the auspices of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (Badan Pengatur Jalan Tol, BPJT) of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing.

Bekasi is the city with the largest population in the province of West Java, Indonesia, located on the eastern border of Jakarta. It serves as a commuter city within the Greater Jakarta. According to the 2020 Census by Statistics Indonesia (BPS), Bekasi had 2,543,676 inhabitants. The (revised) official estimate for mid 2023 was 2,513,669. It lies within the largest metropolitan area in Indonesia (Jabodetabek). The city is bordered by Bekasi Regency to the north and the east, Bogor Regency and Depok City to the south, and the city of East Jakarta to the west.
The Jakarta–Bogor–Ciawi Toll Road is the first toll road in Indonesia. Construction of the highway began in 1973, and it was officially opened on 9 March 1978.
The Suramadu Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge between Surabaya on the island of Java and southern Bangkalan Regency on the island of Madura in Indonesia. Opened in June 2009, the 5.4-kilometre-long (3.4 mi) bridge is the longest in Indonesia and the second-longest in the Southern Hemisphere. It is the first bridge to cross the Madura Strait.

Cikampek–Purwakarta–Padalarang Toll Road or Cipularang Toll Road is a toll road on Java, Indonesia. Opened in 2005, this road connects the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road and the Padaleunyi Toll Road. The toll road is operated by PT Jasa Marga Tbk. The names comes from abbreviation of Cikampek - Purwakarta - Padalarang. This toll road stretches along the mountains so the track is going up and downhill and many bends and bridges.
Padalarang–Cileunyi Toll Road or Padaleunyi is an expressway located in Bandung, West Java. It is a part of the Purbaleunyi Toll Road (Purwakarta-Bandung-Cileunyi) connecting Cileunyi, Bandung Regency with Purwakarta and onwards to Jakarta. This particular segment of the toll road bypasses the city of Bandung and is also used for local transportation between locations passed.
The Jakarta Outer Ring Road is a tolled ring road encircling Jakarta, Indonesia. It is divided into 7 sections, totalling up to 65 kilometres (40 mi). The JORR is managed by four toll road companies: Jakarta Lingkar Baratsatu, Marga Lingkar Jakarta, Hutama Karya and Jalantol Lingkarluar Jakarta.
The Cikopo–Palimanan Toll Road is a toll road that connects Cikopo with Palimanan in the province of West Java, Indonesia. Being a part of the Trans-Java Toll Road, it was opened on 13 June 2015. At 116 kilometres (72 mi) in length, it is the longest toll road in Java. The toll road is also 40 kilometres (25 mi) shorter than the traditional North Coastal Road of West Java.
The Trans-Java Toll Road is a tolled expressway network that runs from Port of Merak in Cilegon, the main link between the island of Sumatra and Java, to Banyuwangi, the eastern end of the island in Indonesia and the main link between the island of Java and Bali. It mainly runs through the northern coast of the island, except for the section between Semarang and Surabaya, where it runs through the centre and south of the island. It runs through five of the six provinces on the island of Java, connecting the major cities of Jakarta, Cirebon, Semarang, Solo, and Surabaya. The toll road is the land transportation backbone of the island and is the most important toll road network of the country. The toll road has a total length of 1,167 kilometres (725 mi).
Jakarta Outer Ring Road 2 or JORR 2 is a toll road circling the Greater Jakarta area, running roughly parallel with the Jakarta Outer Ring Road in Indonesia. This toll road will connect Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to Cilincing, crossing Tangerang, South Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi, Bekasi Regency. and North Jakarta. It is expected to be able to relieve the traffic of other toll roads in the Greater Jakarta area.
Jakarta Elevated Toll Road (also known as: Jakarta Inner Ring Road 2 are a six planned all-elevated toll roads in Jakarta with an exclusive public transportation lane, and direct connection to Jakarta Outer Ring Toll Road 1 and Jakarta Outer Ring Toll Road 2, with total length of 69.77 kilometres. It's constructed and operated by PT Jakarta Tollroad Development
Trans-Sumatra Toll Road is an under-construction tolled expressway stretching across Sumatra Island in Indonesia from the northern tip of Banda Aceh to the southern tip of Bakauheni. This toll road was originally planned to connect to the established toll road system of Java through the now cancelled Sunda Strait Bridge. The toll road is to include supporting corridors connecting the cities of Padang, Bengkulu, and Sibolga on the western coast of the island to the main corridors stretching across the more populated eastern coast. State construction company Hutama Karya has been given a government-granted monopoly to operate the network.
Purwakarta–Bandung–Cileunyi Toll Road or shortened as Purbaleunyi Toll Road is a toll road in Indonesia, connecting Purwakarta Regency, West Bandung, Cimahi and the city and regency of Bandung.
Bogor-Ciawi–Sukabumi Toll Road or Bocimi Toll Road is a highway of 53.6-kilometre (33.3 mi) toll road link, which is under construction that will connect Bogor Regency, Bogor city, Sukabumi Regency and Sukabumi city in West Java, Indonesia. The 15.35-kilometre (9.54 mi) first section of the toll road between Ciawi and Cigombong was inaugurated by Indonesia's President Joko Widodo on 3 December 2018.
Cinere–Serpong Toll Road is one of the toll roads which are part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road 2 which connects the Kunciran–Serpong Toll Road in the west and the Cinere–Jagorawi Toll Road in the east. This toll road that connects South Tangerang with Depok, crosses several areas, such as Jombang, Ciputat, Pamulang, Pondok Cabe and Cinere. The toll road is managed by PT Cinere Serpong Jaya (CSJ), the majority of whose shares are owned by PT Jasa Marga.
The Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Skyway, formerly known as the Jakarta–Cikampek Elevated Toll Road, is a 36.4-kilometre-long (22.6 mi) elevated expressway that extends from Cikunir, Bekasi, to Karawang in West Java, Indonesia, operated by PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek, a subsidiary of PT Jasa Marga Tbk and PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk with PT Ranggi Sugiron Perkasa as minority shareholder. It passes over some sections of the existing Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road. It is the longest flyover in Indonesia and the longest elevated double-decker expressway in Southeast Asia.
Kayu Agung–Palembang–Betung Toll Road or Kapal Betung/Kapalbetung Toll Road is a 111.7-kilometre-long (69.4 mi) tolled expressway, which is part of Trans-Sumatra Toll Road. The toll road is managed by PT Waskita Sriwijaya Tol stretching from the township of Kayu Agung, passing through the major city of Palembang, and terminating at the township of Betung. The toll road connects Lampung–Palembang corridor with the Palembang–Jambi corridor of Trans-Sumatra Toll Road network.
Serang–Panimbang Toll Road is a toll road that links Serang with Special Economic Zones of Tanjung Lesung and Ujung Kulon National Park. The toll road is connected with Tangerang-Merak Toll Road. The toll road has length of 83.6 kilometres (51.9 mi). This toll road is built to ease logistics and goods travel from industrial areas in Pandeglang Regency and Lebak Regency all the way to Port of Merak or Port of Tanjung Priok. Section I has been inaugurated by President Joko Widodo on 16 November 2021.
The Solo–Yogyakarta–YIA Kulonprogo toll road or Joglo toll road is a toll road under construction in Indonesia that connects Surakarta urban area in Central Java with Yogyakarta urban area in Special Region of Yogyakarta. The toll road is part of the Trans-Java Toll Road. Construction of this toll road has begun in 2020 from the direction of Solo. Despite its name, the toll road terminus will not located within Surakarta and Yogyakarta, but in nearby Boyolali Regency and Sleman Regency.
