Both stations share studios within the CBS Broadcast Center on West 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan, while WLNY-TV's transmitter is located in Ridge, New York.
NewsNation is an American subscription television network owned by the Nexstar Media Group, and is the company's only wholly owned, national cable-originated television channel. The channel runs a mixture of entertainment programming for most of the broadcast day and a straight-news format during the evening and early overnight hours. Known for most of its history as Superstation WGN and WGN America, on March 1, 2021, the channel was relaunched from WGN America into NewsNation, a cable news network named after its flagship news program, as part of a planned expansion of its news programming.

Owned by the Hunt Valley, Maryland–based Sinclair Broadcast Group, WTGS maintains transmitter facilities on Fort Argyle Road/SR 204 in western unincorporated Chatham County, Georgia, while its studios are located in the Savannah Morning News building on Chatham Parkway in Savannah. The building also houses its former sister station, Savannah-licensed ABC affiliate WJCL, which now operates separately from WTGS.
KTWO-TV, virtual channel 2, is an ABC-affiliated television station licensed to Casper, Wyoming, United States. Owned by Raleigh, North Carolina–based Vision Alaska LLC, it is operated under a shared services agreement (SSA) by Coastal Television Broadcasting Company LLC, making it a sister station to Fox affiliate KFNB ; Coastal also operates CBS affiliate KGWC-TV under a separate SSA with owner Big Horn Television LLC. News Corporation acquired a minority ownership interest in the network in 1997, which Cablevision bought out in 2005. The network was affiliated with SportsChannel from 1987 to 1997, when it became an affiliate of Fox Sports Net.

The Telecommunications Act of 1996 defines a multichannel video programming distributor (MVPD) as "a person such as, but not limited to, a cable operator, a multichannel multipoint distribution service, a direct broadcast satellite service, or a television receive-only satellite program distributor, who makes available for purchase, by subscribers or customers, multiple channels of video programming", where a channel is defined as a "signaling path provided by a cable television system."
KBNZ-LD, virtual and VHF digital channel 7, is a low-powered CBS-affiliated television station licensed to Bend, Oregon, United States and serving Central Oregon. Owned by the Zolo Media subsidiary of local cable company BendBroadband, it is a sister station to ABC affiliate KOHD. The two stations share studios on Lower Meadow Drive in Bend; KBNZ-LD's transmitter is located in the city on Awbrey Butte west of US 97. The station can also be seen on BendBroadband channel 6 and in high definition on digital channel 606.
